Doesn’t work
I can access the website fine on my computer with no issues but I can’t login on this app and it says my password is wrong. I’ve tried everything, even changing my password, still no luck. Completely unusable.Carebear2575
Links don’t work

Too many errors
I have had to redo modules too many times due to errors that pop up in the app. The app does not work, you have to use the desktop version. This happened last year, and I thought that by now they would have it fixed. My company makes us use this app, so I don’t even have a choice. Many wasted hours of watching the module, taking the test, only to have it not register that it was completed. This needs to be fixed now. I am definitely voicing my concerns to my company, and maybe they will find another provider for this training.Show lessla0876

Crashing

Requires better experience
UX is not user friendly. Also, It opens a video as soon as I log on and I have to exit out. Also, when I click a link and it opens inside the app, I can't get back to where I was. Litmos does a bad job at taking the content from the web version and putting it in an app format.MagicTechAR
