Love this workout app!

I have always followed Whitney’s workouts on YouTube and Instagram and it’s so handy and awesome she now has her own app! Such a positive bright lady! Makes it enjoyable to follow your workouts! Thanks girrrrl!xx

SO GOOD WHIT!!

First of all WOW! I have been using the alive app for awhile now. I love the workouts and they are very nicely set up and easy to navigate. They make me feel strong and accomplished! Recently since I am staying at home away from the gyms I have done a few days of the new alive inside program. Let me just say, these are CHALLENGING. I started working out consistently 5 times a week about three months ago. I bet there is a lot of people like me who had to work really hard to create the habit of going to the gym weekly. When all this craziness hit and the gyms shut down, I was so worried about losing my progress and goals that I have set. I have been using the alive app ever since it came out and decided to open it back up to do a dumbbell only workout that I have previously done at my gym. I was pleasantly surprised to see that whit released an at home program. It it set up so perfectly and truly helps me stay motivated and organized. (Which is very important for me). It even lays out my rest days. Which is awesome. I love how these workouts aren’t overkill and too long. The workouts aren’t boring and don’t make you “hate” home workouts. Which I always used to say. With that being said they do still get the job done. Your amazing! Thanks whit! ❤️

Amazing

Is love this app, always copied Whitney’s workouts from Instagram and now they are all in an app! Amazing workouts, challenging but fun. Only change is I would like to be able to see all the workouts for the week and be able to swap them around how it suits, but otherwise awesome!

This app made sweat!!!

Amazing app, love the way it’s structured as I always struggle to find a plan this one was ideal for me! I’m a gym goer but never had any results and this app made me freaking sweat! I have just finished my workout and I’m dripping sweat all over my face! The only negative which I think can be easily be improved is the sound, I can never know when the next exercise will come up or how many seconds I have left after the resting period. Apart from that, Whit girl, you saved my life!!! Perfect app, totally worth my money!

I love this!

Whitney, thank you so much for this, you’ve finally gotten me back in to the gym and feeling 200% more alive.

I am a few days in to the Alive 1.0 programme, finding the app easy to navigate, the workouts challenging but accessible and the app definitely keeps me accountable. I’m always excited for the next workout and sometimes throw in an extra ab workout here and there (crazy).

The only thing I’d like to see with the programmes is a way to manage when rest days occur, as with my work roster, my hours vary daily and sometimes I find it hard to squeeze a workout in.

Other than that, unreal stuff 💯

Voice overs

Love the app but would love for the demonstration videos to have voice overs

So Far So Great!!

I have been to the gym more in the last 2 weeks than I have in the last 2 years! I love this app 💖 I like the fact that with the programs you can only see what your next session is - I’m such an over thinker if they showed me what I was doing a week from now I’d think it too hard and give up. It makes going to the gym simple and I think £14 a month is cheap compared to getting a personal trainer! There are some things you’ll need to buy if you’re not an avid gym goer like resistance bands, ankle strap (for the cable machines) and a barbell pad (unless you like bruises on your hips) - all this is an added expense yes! But you’re making an investment into your health and nothing could feel better 👍🏻 thanks whit!

The best workout app I’ve ever used

If you are looking for a workout program that is approachable but will challenge you then this is it! The app is easy to use and since it’s latest update is a seamless experience. I would highly recommend this app. Whitt’s workouts have me looking forward to the gym everyday.

Amazing app, just a few glitches

Absolutely loving using the Alive app so far. Interface is so simple to use. Workouts are easy to follow with the instructional videos for all exercises. Loving the alive 1.0 program so far and will be continuing my subscription.
As it’s still in the early days I have noticed a few glitches with a slow load times, workout times not registering and my birthdate showing incorrectly even after changing to correct date.
All very small things that don’t impact the overall experience of the app.

So thankful for this App!

I’m really enjoying having this! I downloaded it the day it released and have been doing workouts with it every single day. I’m currently on week 2 day 6 of the 8 week alive challenge. It’s been extremely helpful knowing what i’m going to do in the gym and where to go next. I don’t walk around the gym looking like a lost puppy anymore. I’m also less anxious because I have direction and a distraction. I also feel like I got a good workout in. I’ve been sore each day so I definitely know it’s working. There’s already been two updates on the app which have really improved it and I know it’ll just keep improving as time goes on.
My only suggestions are:
-To have some instructions for each workout that way I know I’m doing the workout correctly. Sometimes it’s hard to tell just visually what’s going on.

-To give some tips for the workout. Tell us how much weight you’re lifting.

-To have modifications for each workout. Sometimes the gym gets crowded so I have to improvise if I can’t get on a certain machine. Or a lot of times I have to do my workout at home (stay at home mom over here) so I have no machines to work with.

- Have warm ups and cool downs

-Maybe eventually add healthy meal and snack ideas.

I will definitely continue to use this! Thank you so much for creating this amazing app!
