Doesn’t work in any capacity
Tried to register my phone number and nothing happened, tried to place an order in the app crashed, tried to view the menu and the app crashed.
App crashed every time
I tried to sign up for my birthday coffee and the app kept crashing. It won’t even let you register correctly and just keeps saying there’s an error. I tried different emails, phone numbers, and deleted and reinstalled the app no luck despite my birthday I had to pay for the coffee. I even had confirmations through texts that I signed up but there was no cross over. It was a huge bummer considering how often I come to RB. I love the coffee and the service but the rewards/app is a joke.

Always crashing
A red bicycle opened up right next to me. I’m the type of person who likes a morning coffee, but I like to preorder so it’s ready when I walk in. I downloaded the app to try it out and it won’t even get past the loading screen before it crashes.
