Not user friendly

No idea how to tell if jobs have been submitted. No way to look at completed jobs. Not good.

Response from developer

The app was designed to manage work while in the field (viewing customer details, advising customer you are on the way, updating status and providing reports). To manage your completed work for invoicing, viewing, etc, you will need to log into the full website.

Password app issues

See the review written by someone else a year ago. The same stands true today for me. Horrible app that won’t let you login w/password, but you can do it just fine on the website. What’s the point of this app?! Useless!

Cannot log in

Just registered on website, username matches the website account but getting a error 400.

Response from developer

This is the FAHW Tech App. It is for use by our service technicians performing work. Not for clients/customers. We do not have an app for our customers, you'll want to use the website for that: https://homewarranty.firstam.com/. If you are a technician and having issues you will want to reach out to your CRM as we have resolved login issues for the user base who is authorized to use this app.

Looks fishy!!

Looks fishy does not use the in browser cookies!!

Useless App

How hard can it be to finally fix this Logon issue on the App after a year of complaints?

Pretty disgraceful for a company of this size.

Are you not reading the customer reviews?!?!

Find someone new to run the App department who actually wants to fix this.

Is this a joke?!

I saw multiple reviews from a year ago about passwords not working but thought it must have been fixed by now. I was wrong. It simply doesn’t work! Why is FAHW doesn’t remove the up until this if fixed? This is very damaging to your brand…

Is this app only for contractors vs homeowners?

I can’t login with my homeowner account either.

1st American Home Warranty Customer Review-Not Tech Had to warn.

I recently purchased a home warranty because I knew that my air conditioner in my home that had been installed in 1976/1980 was eventually going to go out. After what I thought was diligently reviewing several home warranty companies after finding out that first American did not have a cap on the amount for air conditioner replacement I elected to go with them. So I had my plan a month and a half and my central air conditioner stopped working. Technicians, contractors came out and the compressor on the outside unit was bad. Now because the unit was 25/36 years old the technicians speaking to me could see that the unit was just completely worn out. So they approximated one month to get the parts before the repair will be done. 2 1/2 months later after numerous attempts to contact 1st American Home Warranty and figure out what was going on with my claim I was told (after being put on hold while the rep called the contractor) that the parts were being ordered and I would be contacted within 48 hours to schedule the installation or repair. Six days go by and I received two or three calls making sure that I knew that the card I had on file which I had canceled was not processing my monthly bill, but nothings to do with the repair. So I just hung up with the phone seven days after the first contact since the claim was initiated now granted the claim was initiated almost 3 months ago. And I was told that because of the lack of maintenance on my unit that they were not going to cover the repairs. So if it takes me a week since I’m doing nothing but Sitting in the heat in South Alabama with 90% humidity. Like I have been for 3 months without contact from my trusted Home Warranty Provider. At least to let me know that the parts were ordered on well 10 after I made the claim and on well 11 I’m told that sure to lack of maintenance, (25-35 yr old unit that u told them was about to die when they sold me the Warranty) was not covered. So I paid $54 a month 2 times since they started this claim. And the stupid trusting fool that I am almost paid him yesterday again. Anyway I learned the value lesson through this process and it’s only made me realize that humanity is all but lost. Thanks for watching, reading, and pushing. This is the last straw. Well once I go everywhere I can and review 1st American Home Warranty as bad as I possibly can and copy this mandate. I’ll be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and any part of the government that helps when companies screw hard-working people like you and me out of a dime. All worth a sharp tongue and an unapproved transaction to a card that was on file for one time use specifically. Total loss = $162.00 prior monthly fees. + deductible for denied claim = $70.00 + monthly fees I paid after the claim was initiated $108.00=== $340.00 for absolutely nothing. Not even the courtesy to call me about my claim the first, second, or last time we dealt word each other.
