Don’t hate it, but needs work.
So far I’ve had no issues, other than the fact that you can’t withdraw money, nor is there an option to receive a “loan” from my account, which would be highly beneficial. Every other company, I’ve had an account with in the past, made allowances for these services. Really not sure why these are not options.

First-time investor
My Edward Jones financial advisor made it very easy for me to invest. I’ve never made these choices or decisions and found it much easier to navigate my options with the help of Mr. Rogers. Thank you, AmericanFunds!
Reset Information
It had been some time since I logged on to my account and i forgot my user name and password.
I found the representative I spoke with to be very helpful and efficient. He informed me that the system had updated and walk me through setting up new log in information. A great help

Can never get logged in
App is consistently never working and get error codes when attempting to log in the app. Login and password are correct and work on web site but not the app!!

New user log in issues
Our employees had trouble setting up their log in because there are 2 apps in the App store for American Group. Our financial advisor AND our materials from American Group showed the wrong app. I waited on hold for 15 min. To figure this out.
I am also the plan sponsor, so wanted to do the trouble shooting for my employees.
Finally figured it out after 1 hour. Frustrating.

Does not load after the title screen
The app is showing the capital group American funds title page infinitely despite a phone restart and force closing.
Abysmal
Facial recognition was reset-
Haven’t logged in manually since I got this app but now have to.
No way to reset this damned thing.
Must know your login to reset password AND have to know your password to find out login.
Very poorly done.
