Maps still doesn’t work
I have iPhone 13. Maps doesn’t load. I already updated app. Fix please

I downloaded the app on my iPad and it works beautifully, my daughter downloaded on her phone and it is amazing too. However I downloaded the same app on my phone iPhone 14 and it doesn’t work and the interface is completely different than the working ones on the phone and iPads where it does work. My daughter and I will not be goin to all the same events, so I would appreciate and an app that works on the phone. I do not want to have to carry around and IPad at HOLMAT. Hopefully is an issue that will be fixed by the time is starts next week. I will update my review if it is fixed. I does work beautifully in the devices that work.

Guest list horrible, times are incorrect, and policies are a 404
The guest list shut down the whole app unable for me to view the list or exit out of the page. The hours of operation are incorrect, giving hours that don’t even line up with the dates of the convention. And the policies page of the whole app is a 404 page. Many things are wrong with this app and hopefully they get fixed before the actual convention date.

Amazing app
The HolMat app is amazing piece of software. It takes all information you could want about HolMat and consolidates it into one lightweight app. Con hours, events, maps, etc. all in one easy to use app. Definitely worth the download when HolMat rolls around.
Honestly was a life saver
The app helped me a lot throughout the day at Holiday Matsuri. I like how you can easily mark the panels you want to go to and easily navigate the map. I honestly prefer this rather than the map list they used to give out on paper.
