It won’t let me connect to the Bluetooth on my phone I don’t know why I can’t even see the Bluetooth name on the app or one settings I want to connect it to my phone because it looks cool please help me

It says “ No songs! The iphone can only get songs from the library of the Apple Music App.” But I have Apple Music

How do I work the music?
I have a ton of songs in my library but it says that there are no songs to choose from when in the marvel light app. This really bummed me out but other than that the lights work great.
