When i try to open the game its just stuck on 30% on my sunmsung device thrn i tried on my Apple device again and its still the same what can i do!

The game used to allow me to watch a video and win diamonds but it stopped doing that I don’t know why!

Hi, some problems are caused by a lack of memory. These can be fixed by restarting the device. Also you can try to clear the cache for the app. If that doesn’t help, you can always contact us atsupport@tamatem.co.
Game crashes
Most of times the game crashes and doesn’t work it stops at 30% and it says there’s no connection for hours maybe one or two days and am sure I have internet am using it at other things that’s not making it good 😔 what shall I do so
