Wouldn’t let me view the flashcards

I’m taking Henle Latin and I wanted to use an app to help me remember the words in each lesson. I downloaded the app and chose the Henle option but it said I had to buy the Henle First Year book (which I already have) to look at the flashcards. I only can look at the sample flashcards and I have been doing everything to get the flashcards, but couldn’t.

Reverse review?

This is a great app idea and it looks like all of the previous reviewers’ complaints about the app have been resolved in the latest version.

There’s only one obvious thing that I still see missing: there is no way to review from English to Latin but only starting with the Latin. Can this be so, am I not seeing a toggle switch that actually exists? We do both kinds of reviewing from day one with the physical flash cards. It’s an important feature for the app to have.

As expected, 1 major suggestion

The font is so small I can’t hold the phone across the table and study with my kid.

Definitely helpful.

It is a good flash card app, it would be great if there was audio reading the cards to help with pronunciation. Even better if you could choose between Ecclesiastical and Classical pronunciation.

Good!

My kids are learning Latin and they love this app. You should definitely get it! Easy to use.

Wonderful resource for Memoria Press Latin Forms

This is a great tool for when you are on-the-go and trying to review without taking along a boxful of flash cards. We homeschool and use MP Latin forms. Once you get to Third-Form, you have literally a boxful of flash cards. No one wants to lug all that along. This app is a boon!

My suggestion would be to have at the end of the lessons all of the vocabulary from all lessons for end of year and post year reviewing. I would appreciate having this as a review for when my student has moved onto the next form but still needing to keep their review up.

Meh…

I mean, it’s okay but everything costs money to unlock!! You can only get a few samples that are not helpful at all. Not only that, it does not seem much like a hands-on experience, which people learn better from, and more of a boring and unfun way to learn.

No Family Sharing????

The title says it all. What a rip off. I don’t see that anywhere in the description of the app. The primary reason I bought this ON MY PHONE was to share with my daughter on her iPod . Now I’m out $15. I didn’t even realize there were still apps this archaic. Please fix this. I’m off to get a refund.

Response from developer

We are sorry that you were mislead that our app supports family sharing. We are actively working on enabling this for all of our users and will be available soon. **Update - we now support family sharing.

Too many problems, very disappointing

Too many problems with this app:

1. This app will not work with my ipad after I download it.
2. I wanted to use “family sharing” so that my kids could use it too. But that will not work either.
3. It requires live connection to the internet.

As far as I’ve found, none of these items are disclosed in the description. The developers surely know that their customers desire these features.

I intend to request a refund for this sub-par app.

Thank you for your feedback but we are sorry to hear you have found our app disappointing. What kind of issues are you having with your iPad? Family sharing is something we have been looking to enable but currently that does not work with our app. Our primary target for our app are always-connected devices but we are looking into making our app support offline usage. We will update our Store description to better describe this, thanks again for your valuable feedback. **Update - we now support Family Sharing. **Update - we now support using our app without a live connection to the internet.

No upper levels for Memoria Press

Was excited about this app, but it’s not available for kindle and my kids are in second and third form, which aren’t on there. Bummer! This looked awesome.

Response from developer

Thank you for your rating and review. We are working on getting all of the upper-levels available very soon.
