Not enough tech support available! I paid the $30 and expect to be helped. Having issues downloading the presets and no one is writing back!

Not good

You can hardly do anything without paying. The only thing you can do is use their preset filters, which isn't even why I got this app. Do not recommend

Horrible Customer Service

Currently requesting a refund. Getting in touch with someone is a nightmare, all emails get bounced back due to “their email is full.”

WASTE OF MONEY

I signed up to personally work on my pictures. Only their team of “specialists” can do it. When I received my pictures back, mind you 24 hours, the 4 options were horrible. They seriously put the picture on Instagram and sent over 4 different filters. The picture I worked on looks professional. Whereas their photo came out worse than a 4 year old!

Does not work

The tutorial does not match up with what an iPhone actually does. How does this have 4 stars when every review has 1? I wasted my money on this, very upset.

Waste of money, not straight forward

I’m not able to use it £9.99 gone to waste. I find it very tricky.
