After reset, the dashcam should work again.

Not worth it
The camera and the app don’t work well at all. Buy another product. The Wi-Fi keeps dropping out constantly and is incredibly frustrating.
App not working
When I tap onto the Home Screen its frozen and doesn’t show the recording at the top but has a timer saying it is recording. I can’t even press the settings button on the top right or anything. Please fix this issue.

Not really happy with the app
This app worked twice. Both times I used it to format the SD card. After that, once the phone connects to the dash cam, I cannot perform anything with the app. I tried accessing the settings, but I get a message saying I need to stop recording; however, when I try to stop the recording, the app does not perform any of the command buttons available.
Also, while it shows that is connected, it does not show the live feed while the dash cam is running. I only have a black screen.
I tried deleting the app, and re-installing it. Didn’t help.
Quite disappointing, honestly.

Physical product is good. App lets it down
Once you connect to the app any of the onscreen buttons aren’t working however the recording timer keeps clicking over to suggest the screen isn’t frozen.
Desperately needs updates, however looks to be a long term issue.
Turn around on bug fixes are long, too long when the application isn’t functioning.

Frustrating waste of time and money
I have no confidence what so ever with the product and app. I have returned the product and received a complete new camera system (thank you Autobarn) but it only worked for two days now I can’t even access the camera through the app and it is not recording. Waste of time and money.
Absolute rubbish
Since app update- you can’t access and recordings.
Paid great money for this piece of rubbish.
Should have gone for the BlackVue like our other car.
If any of the developers read this- do your job and get the app to work. It’s typical of corporates that take your money but do nothing to maintain their systems. No a satisfied user, and unlikely to remain a user if no immediate fix is provided.

App doesn’t work
Having this dash cam set up is a waste of time and big money considering the app doesn’t even work. Camera connects to app and that’s it. Can’t pause, switch camera, change quality, select settings. Nothing. I work at a place that sells these cameras, which is why I have one. But I won’t be recommending anything Uniden now given how useless a simple app is! One star is one too many!

Poor performance poor customer service
The app simply doesn’t work. I can’t connect to my camera at all and by the looks of it a lot of others can’t too. Not just recently, this problem seems to be quite common.
What’s the point of having a safety device if it doesn’t work. What’s the point of having customer service when they ignore everyone.
