Not as good as down dog
Definitely not as good as original down dog app. The transitions are quite choppy and noticeable. On the floor work, they say curl for both curling head up and for curling hips up which is annoying. There is no warm up. The exercises target certain muscles I.e. quads but then there is no stretch for those muscles. Itβs a really cool idea and the original down dog yoga app has these issues worked out plus is super customizable. I hope they keep working on this app to get it to that level.

Great workout and music
This app is my first experience with barre and I have loved every session so far. The instructions are clear enough that beginners can figure it out, the combos build nicely, and the music is great. SO happy to have this app! Will definitely use this even after gyms and in-person classes open back up.

Love it!
Love that it guides you through a whole routine, unlike other apps that tell you to do reps on time yourself, itβs a full sequence you can just follow along with from start to end for the amount of time you set. Great app!

I am receiving this app and several other Down Dog apps while they are offering them free during the coronavirus pandemic. First, thank you! I really appreciate this. I am enjoying the quality of all of the apps - it is fun to choose from various options, but also great to have consistency in the workouts no matter what you choose. I just hope I can afford all of the apps when the free period has finished! Be well!

This is only my first day and I am feeling powerful
But it pains me but I just know that it will do me good.
It should give you a good feeling that it will make an impact on your body one day! But remember if it haunts it will gat better over time and one day when you do that stretch it possibly wonβt hurt, but only if you try. Good luck! ππ€π

Definitely get it
I donβt know why but after just my first session I felt as if I had abs!! Would definitely recommend!!
Quaratine tings
I downloaded this and their Down Dog Yoga app because of the deal theyβre offering to students through this quarantine and it has been incredible!! I used to do barre workouts at my university and I was really bummed when I had to move back home and all the gyms closed but this has been an awesome and very customizable replacement!
