Master lock
After migrating to the new app as required I found that none of my team could use the new app or access the lock. The app was difficult and lead people in circles.
I then couldn’t add more than 15 people and master lock directed me to another app which informed me that my lock was not compatible.
It had potential but I am over it.

Great app
Great app
Best lock box ever
One feature would be nice to know who accessed the box. Not just the box was accessed
Will not update lock and lock will not open
Love the lock when I got it but now it will not update or unlock
Doesn’t connect
When the app on background for more than a few hours or even days. It will not unlock the lock.
Easy to use
The app connected right to my lock and I was very satisfied with its performance

Easy and accountable
My family and friends use these lock boxes many times per day. The old app was OK but the new app is fantastic. It is so much easier to use and much more reliable. It is so nice to give people access when I am out of town and then I can see that they got in from the history. Easy and accountable.

MUCH better than the old app.
They fixed a number of the issues with the old app and added several new features that make the app work better and easier to use. Like that I can now give guests time specific access. I love that I no longer have to remember a password..seems easier and more secure.
