Might be better than vault but...

It’s still just as broken. I haven’t even gotten to using my locks yet. It has taken 30+ minutes just to accept an invite link (which stopped working before adding me to the lock) and attempting to migrate was an entirely different issue. Nothing works well I’m not sure why they made another app to be just as bad but in a new way

Bravo pour l’auth 2 facteurs mais...

Il serait intéressant de pouvoir verrouiller l’appli par Touch ID ou Face ID. En outre, il serait plus approprié d’avoir le choix entre l’auth 2 facteurs par texto ou e-mail vs l’auth simple par mot de passe.

Improvement over eLocks

The new app (“Home”) is an improvement over eLocks. However, I lost a lock in the process, which wasn’t good (resolved by support in the end).

admin access on 2 devices

Hi how do allow admin access to add guests on a second device

I would like my wife to a also add a guest if I cannot be contacted

We appreciate your positive review! Master Lock Vault Home is designed for household usage. As a result there is only one "owner" per lock. Master Lock Vault Enterprise can easily accommodate your need.

Useless. Neither the app nor the lock work as advertised

This would be an incredibly useful lock if it would work as advertised.... i.e. set up the lock so that it recognizes your phones Bluetooth. Then, when your phone is in range you can unlock the lock simply by pressing the button.

However, the lock usually only opens if you have your phone unlocked and the master lock app open and active. As such, it is much faster to simply use the combination. Which just means that you have a very expensive combination lock.

Useless.
