Would be better with a 24/7 recording feature ,or different recording times 10,20,30,40,50 and 60 second recording clips maybe , the 10 seconds isn’t enough and then misses a few seconds before it records again

Camera ok but app not so good
The camera is ok if you have it running off your phone or tablet but it gets your device running so hot that it’s not good , if it’s connected to Alexa the camera is about 10 seconds behind real time ! Luckily for me I had an old smart phone I don’t use anymore so I use that instead of my new phone or tablet !

Not good as I taught
After two months camera stopped working because app needs firmware update but every time when I trying update it's not successful
Doesn’t record
You wouldn’t even know if someone was coming or going at the house. The camera only seems to be able to record if it’s windy and the flag our front is moving!!!! Cars and trucks apparently aren’t big enough! And forget people! Thankfully I have cameras in the house by a different company!

Don’t get it robbin people
If your away from your home and you receive an alert weather your on WiFi or data you CANNOT REVIEW THE VIDEO away from home... it will keep loading I tried numerous times.... EVEN WHEN I PURCHASED THE CLOUD SERVICES THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE BEWARE I will be returning my camera soon. This is ridiculous and robbery.!

Disappointing
The app doesn’t stay logged in you have to keep logging back in each time then the video loads forever if it’s not hard wired recordings aren’t long enough no audio though it has a audio button customer service doesn’t have a number just an email so you can’t talk to anyone it gets a star due to picture quality at night and day time not enough options for settings in the app i wouldn’t pay for the cloud due to the disappointing function of the video in the app won’t connect to Alexa to show the video it’s paired but won’t ever connect keeps saying unavailable
