The worst app I’ve ever used

This app is beyond frustrating to use. There are issues with every step, sending from nigeria to us, depositing funds from a Nigerian account, storing card information. They have obviously paid people to leave positive reviews because this app has caused nothing but headaches. Like others have said, customer support is almost non existent. The chat is very inconsistent and they have never resolved any issues. Please do not use this app.

BEST MONEY APP

Someone introduced me to this money app and I’m like let me give it a shot. Sent $5 to my Naira account in Nigeria to see how it works but to my surprise the money was deposited within a second, no charges, easy to use. You just got a new customer. I highly recommend this app to Nigerians having difficulty sending money home and other African countries. I’m now sending money with this app everyday without any delay, best rate. God bless Afriex, continue the good work.

No scam zone

This App is a very great App. They might be having some transfer challenges but they sure fix the problem no matter how long it takes. THEY ARE NO SCAM.

A must read

I have always trusted afriex but not until recently they started acting up. Firstly, you can’t reach them on any number and now as I write this, I tell you their email cannot be found again( I mean when you send an email, you gonna get a response that the email can not be found). How did I know this? I sent money to a friend last year December 2021, my friend called me and said someone disputed the money and that they have to refund the money back to the sender from one microfinance bank in Nigeria. I was like since December 2021 and someone is just disputing the money in September 2022. So I look for the receipt and sent to my friend so he can go fight it in his bank. Now, I sent email to that effect, although someone replied the mail 2 days later but as i replied the email directly from what I received I got the email back saying “ address not found and your message could not deliver “ I have deleted the app tho when they put my account under review. At first they ask for my IF card, now they want me to send my bank statement and last for digit of my debit card. I will rather use other app that sends dollar to dollar instead of them. And I am going to report them. It’s looking shady now.

Alert to Fraud

This application is becoming a fraud!!! I sent about 600,000 naira to Nigeria between January and February only to confirm from the bank in Nigeria that this app has defrauded me!!! They won’t respond to messages, email and their customer service is no longer working!!! If you guys don’t want the wrath of God to descend upon you, find a solution to my issue and pick my call and respond to your email.

Service Delivery

In terms of convenience this app has provided that but in recent times it’s become unreliable.
Their turn around time to resolve complaints are terrible. In this month alone I’ve experienced challenges remitting money from this site 2ce
Afriex needs to be more accessible especially via phone. The phone no for Afriex is a dud non functioning no. The chat app does not respond to your complaints in a timely manner. In fact I’ve had to wait 2 days to get a response. And then they close the chat due to non activity. Such a big shame.
It’s apparent the owners of this app have a lot of work to do to come up to par. After resolving the last issue I will no longer be using the app.

One of the worst money transfer apps to work with

This app shouldn’t exist on this platform. I am not one to write reviews but if there was a way to rate something less than no stars then that’s what I’d give this app. My third transfer on the app was woeful and the customer service experience is nothing to write home about. They don’t have a contact to reach and the chat/emails and ticketing system on the app isn’t met with the urgency a transfer requires. Till this moment my money hasn’t been refunded, transfer didn’t go through and my ticket created hasn’t been responded to. The money in my wallet can’t be withdrawn to the account and no useful help has been given. I would definitely not recommend to any human with senses. Also to the 896 people faking 4 & 5 star reviews, you’d soon find yourself in the same situation and possibly regret your lies

I Iove this app

It’s a really great app! Love the functions it provides to receive money every month from US and also send money to multiple international locations. I was skeptical at first but now I’m a huge fan! Will definitely recommend!

Afriex is the best money transfer app

I have used afriex for over 2 years. I love everything about the app. The app is secure, smooth, convenient and effective. The wallet is a plus and you can use the app to make monthly income.

Afriex fix your stuff.

I have been sending money via Afriex for months!!! It is always something, I have done everything they have asked including providing them private information about myself. If you are not technical advanced, stop trying to over due. They are refusing to send money to a Nigerian account, saying it has failed. I have sent to this specific account. Trying to reach them proves non existent, their phone number gives you a busy dial tone. Their chat, you will get an automated response maybe after every 2 hours, and save yourself on the email because they do not reply. It's not everyday, having issues. Please sort yourselves out because this is ridiculous
