Worst money transfer app
If you need your transaction done real-time please do not use them. Money gets deducted from your account and rather than being sent to the receiver they let it sit in your wallet on their platform. Their customer care is the worst set of people to deal with, left messages that were never responded to for a whole day and more. Makes me wonder what you would do if anything ever happens. No phone number to call. Email address is a joke.

Terrible Experience
I sent money through this app yesterday which has never been delivered up till today. No refund was made back to my account. Everything about their supports team is poor and inefficient. Their phone number on their website is not active. I regretted using this app. One of their supports team “Abdallah” lack adequate experience. I will never recommend this app to anyone.

I really don’t understand this app
I have always received money with it but in 2 different occasions now I haven’t seen my money and I kept on asking where my money is y’all keep saying the transaction was successful, how can that be successful when the money is no where to be found … Tomorrow makes it a month since the transaction

I don’t understand some few things with this app. Is this app only for NiGERIANS? And secondly, does it work exactly like other app because I was trying to do Momo and it says the receiver is not registered with this app. I’m so confuse if it works like other apps that you just send money to people who have Momo account in africa, but it says the person is not registered on this app so it won’t send

It was a good app. Now is crap
Send money on Thursday and expect it on Monday or Tuesday if you are lucky. I have proof if am wrong. Not one occasion. I’m rating them half star. They removed their phone number and they don’t respond to chat. You can not comment on their false advertisement on Facebook or Instagram. Don’t use this service don’t download this app

I am beginning to suspect this app is a scam but I don’t want to believe it.
It’s been 7-8 days now I make transfer to 4 different accounts and not even one was delivered to the recipient and I have been debited. And you can’t even reach them via phone calls instead they want you to send email or chat with them which they give different excuses. Please I need my money back and people should be more careful about this app.

This app is literally the greatest money transfer app on planet earth (I am not exaggerating at all). This app has solved the global issue of sending money globally. I’ve sent money to Nigeria twice it got to their accounts the moment I clicked on the send button. Do you know how kind bowing my previous statement is? No hassle of picking up physical cash from a bank that possibly could be too far considering the poor transportation system in Nigeria as a whole. God bless the owners and creators of Afriex.

MARVELOUS APP!
A big shout out to the developers of this app! Ever since Boss Revolution was banned, it’s been super annoying getting dollars transfers back to Nigeria. But Afriex has revived the spirit of sending money hassle free! I tested it out by sending just $5 to my Naira account in Nigeria and it was transferred literally in less than 5 minutes! Kudos to the developers! Keep up the great work!
