Doesn’t work
It does not work, does not download the information about the sites.
Overcomplex, full of basic issues
The developer has tried to be too complicated and has got many of the basics wrong.
First, the app gave numerous “generic error” messages (very poor error handling!) and showed one of the places twice in the main menu. So I deleted and reinstalled the app, which cleared those errors — but now I could not use my museum ticket to gain access to the content. (Why do you need to make this check?? It is only an audio guide, what danger are you trying to control by validating tickets??!) This took 10 minutes of arguing with the staff who just shrugged and said they could not issue a new ticket. Eventually a fourth staff member solved it with another code. How frustrating!!
Then during the exhibit the sound stops whenever I lock the phone and put it in my pocket - no other IOS audio app does this. When it resumes there is no fast forward or slider so I have to listen to the entire content from the beginning again. And it also stopped randomly, frequently, until eventually we just gave up.
A disappointing and frustrating app. Get rid of the ticket validation, comply with IOS practices for playing audio, and make it easy just to play each track in order without going up and down menus.
