I really wish that I could minimize my camera view screen so I can still be on my phone and see what's happening in the camera! I know you can make it happen 🥲
Cheap but serviceable
Software is archaic. Worst of four WiFi camera systems I’ve owned in the past 7 years. Constantly needs a ‘retry’ to connect to the camera. Cumbersome and tedious. Only supports 2.4 WiFi signals. Not intuitive by any stretch, and the manual is of little help. For instance, using a micro SD card isn’t even addressed in the manual. Naturally, the extra-cost cloud service is.
The camera is sufficient as a baby or nanny cam. I’d never choose it for a true security cam, though they tout that as a role in their manual.
But? It’s cheap and serviceable as a room monitor for babies, nannies, whelped puppies, etc. Don’t expect too much though.

Amazing app. Please keep as is.
I have used and own various camera apps for indoor and outdoor cameras and this one is the best.
I appreciate how I can download videos using this app.
I love how when playing back, if I scroll into the next blank space, this app skips to the next event.
I actually use this camera for surveillance of the parking lot in front of my condo because of a recent break-in.
Sure enough today at 2:39am, an odd utility van pulled in for a minute and then reversed out of the complex.
Please keep this app the way it is.
My doorbell camera used to function like this until some update messed it all up. Now that app, which is a different brand name makes me take the doorbell camera down from the door to have to physically download files by taking its sd card out and inserting into a pc.

Camera captures nothing
Good luck trying to reach customer service support. It’s nonexistent. Will return to Amazon. Extremely disappointed and complete waste of money
Unresponsive App
The quality of the lock that I purchased, and the user-friendliness of the app are great but the app has problems. Many times you make a selection to enter a menu and then you can’t exit out by using the exit arrow. The app is unresponsive. You have to close the app and reopen it to get to another menu.

Sensor Need Improvement
The sensors on the cam R6 4K need improved sensors and tracking of objects. Many t8mrs they go astra and have their sensors out-of-field range. Therefore, cam may be not so great with all around detection.
Mormic
Had lock little over a year. Changed batteries and now will not work. Spent countless time trying to connect by Bluetooth and Wi-Fi with the gateway to no avail. Hate loosing money to these kind of products. Wasn’t cheap price either.

The instructions need revamped
These are some of the worse instructions on how to install a lock, ever. You can barely read them and they’re not that understandable. Good thing I was finally able to figure it out. The lock works great once you decipher the gibberish.
Bluetooth either doesn’t work or is the hardest to figure out of my life and I work in tech
