Some features do not exist
This app is required to set up and use a video doorbell I recently purchased. The user interface is ok, simple and not a lot of frills. The options for my doorbell are a little difficult to find (eg. Setting up the mechanical chime to work in my house) but easy to use once I figured out where to look.
A few features are missing though. I can’t elect to turn off the buzzer at the doorbell (not the end of the world, but a little irritating) and no integration with smart home speakers like Alexa, which would be great to, say, turn on a light when the bell rings for accessibility or security reasons.
3 stars for cheaply made UX and missing features. Fix these in an update, and I’ll increase my rating.

Connection Issues
The app has a good layout. However there is a connection issue. My home is completely wire for the highest speed internet and still I have connection issues. The video does not show up once there is a notification. Watching live is unbearable, it’s like a bad time lapse.

The app itself is very slow to connect to the doorbell or to complete any functions such as looking back on the SD card. Wish the developers would optimize this somehow. Also the sharing option doesn’t work at all. My friend was not able to connect and see through the doorbell at all.

Would be 5 stars if linked with UK food database
Please link with a UK food database as concept really good about keeping track of what we eat on a day to day basis but would this app would be great if we could scan food bar codes instead of typing in calories as the food database is for US.
Not providing the service I hoped for
Purchased the scales because I wanted an easier way to log my calories/ food measurements. So the scale and app itself works well. But without the integration to MyFitnessPal or another food database in the UK, it is unfortunately a more expensive standard scale.
Bad user experience
Always get lost how to find the functions and there are money bugs. Database has little data. I don’t think it is a production ready app.
