Invasion of Privacy
There is no reason my home food scale should require me to register my SMS number in order to use the app. Also, the privacy policy for what I thought was just a simple app for a scale, is actually a personal data mining app for the Renpho company. There is no need for you guys to collect my PI and unique identifiers for a FOOD SCALE! Please, calm down with the data collection and allow users to use just a email address. I expect a response from the Devs on what is going on with this app.

Doesn’t sync with other apps
I bought a Renpho food scale specifically because I already had a body scale that did a great job with syncing with my health app and other nutrition apps through the renpho app but this new one doesn’t seem to sync with anything.
Love hate
So far this APP is not easy to use. Maybe I need to learn it better & I will give it time. But, it should be a no brainer. The scale works great but there are many issues with the formats and what you can and can not do on the APP. Example.. It should convert your data as soon as you put the weight in. Instead it coverts it to 100g and after you save it then you see the data. Then if you made a mistake you can’t just adjust the entry you have to delete it and add it all over again.
Need to be able to adjust data more easily.

Literally doesn’t work
The app doesn’t connect to devices and it’s only instruction is try again.
