Update stopped lights connecting
After the most recent update my lights stopped working. They are detected via Bluetooth but the app will not connect. Very frustrating as they were working perfectly the day before
App not working - update
Since the last update it no longer connects to the lights and just times out. I am now unable to change them so what is the point!! Please fix this asap, this is the worst time for this to happen!

Abysmal
The latest app update has rendered these lights completely useless.
The app can no longer connect to the lights so once they’ve been unplugged and forgotten the mode and timer settings they can’t be reset.
The default modes appear to be various speeds of plain white flashing.
Unless this is fixed by the time lights go on sale for next Christmas these are going in the bin.
Really disappointed.

Stopped working
Since you updated the app few days ago I can no longer connect to my lights. It can find my lights but cannot connect. “Connection timed out”. Tried deleting and reinstalling app. Unplugged lights and reconnected. Nothing works.

Absolutely loved these app been using for a year however, since the latest update I can switch them on but cannot change any of the settings. Really hope this is rectified soon.
App doesn’t work
This app has never been great but after the update it won’t even connect to the lights making them pointless. Zero support and literally nothing online. Avoid buying these lights.
What happened???
App was working fine until latest update 2 days ago, now no matter what I try I can’t connect to my lights and neither can my partner, we keep getting a timeout message when trying to connect!!
App no longer works
I can no longer connect to my lights after the latest update (1.2.7). Lights are detected but I now get a connection time out error when trying to select them. I now can’t turn the lights on/off!
Noma lights
The lights themselves are quite good. However the timer settings are very poor. You have to guess the time you want the lights on and off. As the time does not appear on the timer settings screen. Only when you press ok. Then you can see what time you’ve set the lights on/off. Very poor setup for otherwise quite good lights.

Lights great app just won’t connect
Really struggling to get the lights to connect on the app. I’ve closed phone I’ve refreshed and updated the app but still won’t connect! Looks like a Christmas with no lights for me!
