Tags will allow you to further add specifics to a job, and will allow you to search for and filter jobs based on the tags added.

This app replaced quickbooks for me, I use it to send estimates, collect payments and manage my calendar.

Especially great for working with insurance or property manager jobs, they allow you to add subcontractors for free and send them jobs as well.
