Horrible software DO NOT USE!
I have gone through 4 step printers because of “defective” or “software” issues but they all have the same issue when it comes to updating and performing the same tasks every day.
I was able to run about 20 photos through this printer before it broke(well the app broke which makes the printer useless, you cannot use the printer without the app)
And support only says restart it and I’ve done it so many times then they say oh we’ll send you a new one…are you kidding me it’s the 4th time and still horrible

bad UX
there’s a bug that keeps scrolling me to the top of the pictures reel so i can’t get to the one i want to print. Also, the printer crops out part of the image that the app makes you think is whole. the stickers are useless and text editing is clunky.
