Poorly designed app riddled with ads.
Navigating the app to locate the device settings feels like you’re in a maze. On top of that 2 of the 5 tabs are just Arenti trying to sell you on more of their products which is ridiculous.

Playback function does not work properly
Playback function does not work all the time, a micro sd card was used, it can store images when alert triggered, but associated video clips did not work. Contacted customer service and updated firmware as instructed. After this, all stored video lost, playback worked once formatted again. Few days later, video clips do not work again.

Easy setup all automatic once signed in on smartphone.
Waiting on SD card to arrive then can finalize the setup which has been easy.

Just arrived from Amazon and so far we are happy with the performance.

Great BUT.....
This is such a great camera such a good app my only complaint about the app is the fact that you cannot set up alerts to be silent during certain times. Like I have the camera in my bedroom I don't wanna be sitting doing my make up and my camera alert me every time I move. I have a camera at work that works with an app and it allows you to set up a window of time where it's not alerting you I would really like for that feature to be added to this app. that is its only flaw. I want to be alerted to movement that happens when I'm not at home, not every movement that occurs when I am home. The night vision is amazing!

Excellent solution & compatibility
We replaced another solution with this one because of its 5g compatibility; it's ability to also use Alexa + our Echo Show is a double win.

Perfect update
After the last update, the mobile app is more useful to me. it's really progress. you can now turn on music and set the time. Previously I had to press the button every time. you can now also rewind. one star less because it is still delayed 10-15sec. and I feel like sometimes it doesn't record. otherwise top program.
