Congratulations. You read the comments about how terrible this system is and decided to retaliate by making it even worse. Adding directions that you need to look to clock in and out (that are inconsistent every time) is the stupidest thing the least-tenured person in your board room must have suggested. And the app rudely telling you “you need to follow directions” (not kidding) when you look the wrong way is just the icing on the cake. CloudApper can go to H E L L

Prime Comms
Punch in, Lunch In, Lunch Out, Clock Out; all preform the same function. I noticed this long ago so now I just always hit Punch In for when I want to clock in and out. Camera on the phone can be the quality of a picture from Space, but the face recognition on this app pretends like it’s CCTV. Even when scanning a new face, just the same issue. Just a very flawed and poor design. Wasted potential that should be handed to a better team of developers.

Horrible
This app is not very friendly with people who have facial hair. I constantly have to rescan my face through the system to clock in anytime i shave or grow my beard out. At our job we get written up for have mis punches. This app has caused my employees write ups due to how poorly it preforms.

Not friendly
Very inconsistent with many bugs, Face ID is atrocious on here. Needs to create a more streamlined simple way of punching in.
Buttons for punches
Constantly having issues with hitting the Clock In button when we should hit the In from Meal. Either arrange the buttons in chronological order or really just take the in and out from meal away. Causing reps to get written up for this error during our busy day.
