This app is great for people like me who didn't really know about the D.A.S.H diet. It explain its concepts and really helps you learn how to find healthier eating options. Another thing that I liked is that it introduces you to meal prep.The first meal plans are designed so that you learn how to meal prep, hence the repetition in dishes.

I love the layout of this recipe app! It is jam packed with information, meal plans and amazing recipes with beautiful photos. It provides basic information about the DASH diet lifestyle
Delicious recipes perfect for meal prep success!
I was really excited to dive into this app, and was not disappointed. The organization of the recipes in the main portion of the app by meal prep was such a unique perspective, and I loved it.
Yummy, substantial, healthy food
Loving the recipes for breakfast and lunch especially. I’m not really using the meal planning part because it has you eating the same 3 meals for 5 days by rotating which meal you eat for lunch or dinner. I need a little more variety, but if you just eat for fuel, this would be a super easy way to eat healthy and only cook on Sundays for the entire week.

Makes healthy eating eaasier
One of the things I decided to do during quarantine was start eating healthier and this recipe app has gone a long way in helping me with that. The recipes are great, easy to follow, and they give you an easy to follow shopping list so you know exactly what you need to get.
Perfect recipes for hypertension
As a nutrition and dietetics student, I am happy to say that thisis a great recipe app for those people looking to lower their high blood pressure or just have an overall heart healthy diet. It’s written by a dietician so all the recipes will be DASH diet approved.
Good for step one!
I like the simple plan - from the grocery list to the set of recipes and prep instructions, this app really gets you a solid start on week long meal planning of healthy meals. I only wish it were more extensive and had more diversity.

Overall, the recipes are decent. I was hoping for more creative ways to make different foods, but this does offer a solid base to refer too. Most of the book is pointing out what many people know that helps with heart healthy, such as low fat, no fat, and low sodium ingredients. I think pictures of each recipe could change my thought about the recipes. I know if it looks good, I'm far more apt to try something new.

I Love This DASH Diet App!
I had looked at many many DASH apps, and decided this is the one I wanted to own. I've been on the diet for some time now, and have had weight loss every single week (1200 calories a day). I look forward to trying some new recipes and sauces.
