App needs improvement
I love Gymboree clothes! I usually buy all the latest collections for my son. The app however, has glitches. Every time I open it, it freezes and shakes when I try to look at a collection or anything I search for. I have to close it and open it back up repeatedly in order to complete my purchase. Almost not worth it, because it takes too long. I’ve updated it and uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing works.

With updated taken its not even allowing to sign in. Waste of memory on phone installing this app. Never shows updated offers as well.

App doesn’t work since latest upgrade. I am no longer able to sign into my rewards account. Even though my password is correct, when I try to reset it it goes nowhere. This app is useless now if you want to earn it redeem rewards.
Love Gymboree
I love Gymboree. They have the best clothes for kids. But I hate when they sale out of some of the clothes. And don’t bring them back. Other then that, The clothes are very quality. To bad most of their stores are shut down. Hoping in the future they bring them back

Severely poor customer service will kill your business
I’m sorry if someday Gymboree will disappear AGAIN, due to poor customer service! My orders were canceled by end of Friday, and I tried a few times to fill up the ‘email us’ option in the app. It didn’t allow me to copy and paste the order number, and when I returned from checking my email for the number, all filled info was flushed away. Starting over was so boring. It waisted my time! In addition, my coupon code was now marked as’ used’, even my order was fully canceled. If you cannot afford offering coupon, you can make it clear. This is nor honest.
