Too many ads
I’ve had this for more than a year, but finally got sick of the ads. Continuously trying to sell weight loss gummies and other irrelevant scams. Deleted it today.MLLT1123

This is a fantastic game except the constant adds which slow the enjoyment down so much, I would pay for this game to remove them.Mick3ry
Game won’t load
09 Nov, 2023: The game was playing flawlessly yesterday. I did an update to the app today, and now it won’t load. It just gets stuck on a completely white screen with nothing to click, which is when I have to force stop the app. I tried restarting the iPad, nope. Force closed again. I tried turning on Wi-Fi and then loading the game, in case your update has followed that trend of requiring Wi-Fi to function even at all, nope. Force closed again. Tried starting with Wi-Fi off again, in case something useful snuck in during the last boot, nope. Force closed again. I came here to the App Store to contact the tech team, but it only goes to your (very awesome and attractive, but ultimately unhelpful) recruitment page. (Nice graphics, btw. Your artist seems to have really captured everyone) So, unfortunately, I had to resign myself to leaving this message in an open/public forum. I miss your game being part of my wake-up routine. I was loving this and played every day. It was a pain having adds every single time you got out especially if you got out quickly. But it was bearable as ads were really short.
Now they are full adds I’ve gone off the game as far too long not worth the hassleJ Cghn

Hello, first of all this game is fun,challenging, and great to play when you are bored. Second I love playing it because whenever I feel bored or just nothing really to do I play this it’s fun because it gets challenging and I love challenging so that’s why I play it. However there is just a couple problems, it drives me crazy when I’m playing and then this add just pops up on my screen so can you only make it so it is just an add after each level because it messes me up when that happens, second of all whenever I’m playing I have sound but then a couple minutes later the sound goes away so I have to clear my tab then open it back up again to get the sound back, if you are like me and you need to hear the music or sound then this would make you kind of annoyed, I’m not sure if it is just my device or if it is others but please fix! I clicked on this app add from within another app because what was advertised looked really challenging and fun. Yet no where in this app is the game that was advertised! What an absolute waste of my time. What is the point in this? Sick of this sort of false advertising and the app stores should ban developers who do this. I doubt i will get a response from the developer of this app regarding this: they seem to pick and choose who they respond to. UPDATE: I received this useless standard response: “ "We're sorry to hear that you're not having a good experience with our game 😔. We want to provide the best possible experience for our players, so we'd like to learn more about the issues you're facing. Could you please contact our support team? We're dedicated to resolving any problems you encounter. Thank you for bringing this to our attention💝" Please can you explain how i contact the support team? I think me & a whole lot of other folks are really sick of the ads & would gladly pay to have an ad free version game. If you are calculating that you’re making more $ by selling ads you are being short-sighted….this totally unnecessary annoyance certainly doesn’t foster any loyalty in your customers & when we leave we will definitely be hesitant to return after being treated with such disregard. I’d also like to add that I have a love/hate relationship with the journeys, mostly due to the ads. I just tolerate the first, simple ones to get to the more challenging levels. It wouldn’t be so aggravating if there weren’t ads! Also, would love for the journeys to be were longer. I’ve been playing about a year I think & sometimes don’t even want to start over on the journey because of the ads. I’m afraid eventually I won’t! This could be a 5 Star game ❣️
Since you never responded to my 4 Star review I changed it to 1 because you seem to notice & respond to lower ratings, even if you just send the same response to all!
