Still doesn’t
This app was buggy when it first came out, and after a month or so, locked up on the payment page so wouldn’t complete orders Reloaded it today, and now it’s locked on the verification page. It sends the verification code, but when it is submitted, it locks. Too bad. The restaurants make good food although the price is getting too high recently.

Won’t even let me sign up
Won’t even let me complete set up. It requires me to select location, but no menu or sub menu pops up.
Bad update
I can’t get registered (again) since the last update. It won’t allow me to select a “Preferred location.” Also it won’t let me not register for SMS spam. Useless app. Deleting.
App malfunction ! Won’t load to the paying screen after I choose my dishes!
App malfunction ! Won’t load to the paying screen after I choose my dishes and press cart to pay, it’ll stuck in a endless reloading screen ! I have tried serval times in separate days within the month! I have gone as far as to sign out, delete the app, download it and sign in again! Nothing works!
Rewards Redemption
Horrible, like to order from apps for rewards, but suddenly raised up the rewards redemption by double points, probably will stop using the apps.

It is a waste of time using this app. Pages frozen. Even after resetting pws several times, still can’t log in. Marketing & IT passed the hot potato to each other. I was too patient to work with them in resolving the glitches for several days but still to no avail. I finally gave up. Hey, there are many good Chinese restaurants. I can take my businesses elsewhere....

CANNOT REDEEM REWARD
Terrible app that does not allow you to redeem any rewards earned while placing online order. Need to fix it.
Works Great
I would give the app a 4.5 stars if I can. The order process works and the menu is very full. The only issue I have is I wish it takes Apple Pay. I just don’t want my personal card information in another app out on the internet. I hope you can add this option.

Easily my favorite restaurant! There isn’t a single item on the menu that isn’t delicious. Love that there is now a mobile app to order ahead.
