Records Not Found
Trying to load the charts and telling me records not found. Then it says please wait while data is loading but is stuck there.
Really bad app
Product is really good, but the app really stinks. I wish they’d work on fixing it. One day I lost all my progress, just kept saying it was loading and never did. At least my pics were still there. That’s too bad but on a year now still using it
You need to do some usability sudy
The app is not helpful nor functional to support the timely usage of the device
Nothing works
Couldn’t upload photos. wouldn’t report the touch test. Didn’t get past that part. Now depending on you tube uploads without even a playlist there to find the videos consecutively that could help
No audio
Can’t hear audio at all

The device is amazing. Unfortunately the company is not. The app does not work, you have to watch instructional videos but the videos have NO audio! So tacky and unprofessional. Go to YouTube and learn how to use device there. Such a shame.
Horrible and frustrating
It’s so buggy. On top of that there’s no audio on the videos they say you need to watch. I can’t even get past the onboarding phase. Regret purchasing this.
App does not work
I was not able to login or open. My code did not work on the box.
Terrible app
I agree with all of the comments of the previous reviewer. This app is a complete waste of time and does not support use of the Oralift. I feel like I got duped. If this is the best they can do for the app, I’m beginning to doubt that the Oralift product will be any better.
Worst App in the world
This app is god awful. Why isn’t there a time period where we can add in treatments that were forgotten? What’s the point of this app to be truly useful? Needs lots of work! The videos are hard to understand and too long. The graph chart is hard to read. Poor poor quality overall!!!
