Worst app ever
I used this app cause it was recommended to me and honestly it was horrible. Super hard to use, the communication between them and the airlines is non existed. So long story short I booked a flight to go to New York they sent me to New Jersey and pretty much said that’s close enough…so honestly use this app but take it from me you could end up not going to the city you booked.Show lessDHP1998
Horrible Chat Customer Service
It takes forever for the agent to respond, making you wait more than 10 minutes if you are lucky, but will cancel the chat just 3 minutes when they are ready.

If you are thinking of booking with them DON’T. You’ll just waste your time, energy, and money! My return flight got changed a day short without any notification, even though you purchased a “flexible ticket” for you to rebook or refund just in case, it’s absolutely no use. They will pass you around, another thing is do not use their app if your checking in, use the actual airlines to avoid additional fees & charges. NEVER AGAIN!Show lessZerb_q
