I am very disappointed that I have to pay extra to reserve seats, even though it is now less than 24 hours before departure. As I am travelling with my 12 year old daughter, I felt compelled to book this in advance now to avoid causing her anxiety about having to sit by herself.KGericke

Worst customer care team I have ever spoken to
The experience I had with them was terrible. To get a simple refund I made more than 25 phone calls and I successfully wasted more than 10 hours of my life. More than that, for their awful service I am going to pay more than 50 CAD as a service charge.

Flight Network won’t help you with anything, just forwarding your call to one another and has no focus on helping their customers.
They even downgraded our flight without our consent and KEPT THE REFUND FROM THE DOWNGRADING TO THEMSELVES. What’s how they treat their paying customers.Disappointed customer208

Boarding pass availability just 6 (six) hours before flight is ridiculously short availability for a 0600 departure time especially if one wants to print the pass. Airlines provide 24 hours. I’m done with this site.tuopelld
