  • Can’t find my booking

    Doesn’t recognise my email that I booked with nor the order no. So can’t see anything. I’ve tried multiple times. I’m starting to worry. The money is gone … but do I actually have flights?

  • Absolute Scam - Avoid at All Costs

    The company overall engages in deceptive practices and hits customers with several hidden fees. This has been the worst experience of my life.

    The app itself is part of the company so this is a fair review (even though the developer is replying otherwise).
  • Flight information out of date

    I downloaded the app hoping it would be more up to date than the Flightnetwork, Mytrip Gotogate group website. But no Etihad changed one of my flights 4 weeks ago but my itinerary still to be updated by Flightnetwork.
    They suggest you phone them though after 4 weeks trying 3 different contact numbers they are disconnected. Emails are not responded to either.

  • Do not book with Flightnetwork!

    You would think you are booking your tickets for a cheap price but there is a hidden price to pay at the airport.. Here is the story - I have booked my flight through Flightnetwork to travel from London to Belgrade. The day before our flight I wanted to check in online but their system kept giving me errors that I cannot check in online. When we went to the airport the next day to check in at the desk we were told that we have to pay $130 extra for 2 ppl to check in. I had no choice but pay because we needed to take this flight. When I contacted Flightnetwork customer service they have told me they cannot refund me because I had to check in online..
    Now the question to Flightnetwork - how can I check in online if your system keeps giving error messages? I have sent a print screen of the errors to your customer service. Not a way to go..

  • Not recommend

    Unfortunately the refund request takes a year without any response from. I do not recommend to book your flight from this app or their website unless you don’t care about the customer care or to get your money back.
