Needs improvement
Coupon items selected are not automatically added to your list. Those have to be individually added. Then, it’s hit and miss on whether the items purchased will pick up on “clipped coupons”. I’ve also been told by cust service that the membership barcode and coupon barcode have to be scanned separately; coupons at the beginning of the transaction, membership at the end. Which doesn’t make sense given that clipped coupons are supposed to be added to the wallet. Still, “savings” will not always be applied. Other features of the app need to be more user friendly and streamlined.

Not Worth The Trouble
I was completely disgusted with this app after using it a while when it first came out so I deleted it. I decided to give it a try. It’s pretty much the same. Rewards expire in 60 days - IF you even get them. On a shopping trip this weekend I bought three things that were supposed to get rewards on and only one showed up. I love the store but they can do better on this.

A really good app, the coupons you can get at really good. You can get up to 10$ off on your purchase for free definitely use
Useless App
Harp’s Grocers needs to get a new app for their stores. This one is useless. This app appears to have stopped logging any of my digital savings after using it for 2 months, Jan and Feb 2024. My savings with this app has probably been less than $10 in 6 months. I saved a little over $1,000 last year shopping Kroger and using their app for coupons and in store savings. A new Harp’s opened up less than 2 miles from me, but I’ll continue to do my main shopping at Kroger 8 miles away. I enjoy Harp’s grocery, but you’re prices are too high without the option of digital coupons and your selection is much more limited than our local Kroger.

I think this app is just a scam to get your info it won’t let you even sign in once you put your info in. Even tried the chat with of course no answer at all
Unusable
I shop at Harps a lot. I’ve tried to use the app but can not find anything on it! I really wish they would revamp it and make it more user friendly. Show me what aisle the green beans are on, show me sales etc.
Not worth it
I thought that this was really going to be good, but after reading the reviews from other people I can see why the reviews are bad.
When I first started using this all was good but the second time my savings were not added.
So I just deleted it. It’s not worth my time and money. The store is really close to my house, but the prices are really high. I can get it cheaper elsewhere so I’ll just drive further to get the items that I need and not use this store.

No Ad
Where is the weekly ad? This app replaced my old grocery store app and now it doesn’t have a weekly ad.
