App colour scheme is terrible and hard to read & where did the widget go when i updated to iOS 18?
The control centre widget is gone with iOS 18.
Apple Homekit or Google Home please.
App is stable and easy to use but it would be great to Apple Homekit or Goggle home to allow integration with Smart homes. So much potential here.
Needs an apple watch app
This app would be soo much better if it supported apple watch or homekit - I have two phones and you can only log in on one at a time.
UX colour design not for me
Functional app but still needs improvement, the light grey colour theme is hard to see. Also would be nice to see on E-lok homepage that door is locked using colour, like red for lock and green for unlocked. At the mo its all displaying grey no matter what the status is.
App UI visibility
The lock hardware is excellent. The app is problematic because the universal colour is grey and can be very difficult to read, especially in low light or if the phone brightness is not high. The functionality is ok but the navigation and layout could be much better.
Needs Alexa support
Relatively Obscure model and DOES NOT WORK with Alexa, iOS home.
I would but more of these if the above are added.

Solid app
The app is stable and intuitive to use when adding a gateways, new E-Lok, fingerprints and RFID cards. My only niggle and hence why I have not awarded 5 stars, is the all-grey colour palette that makes it appear that features are greyed out. Some colour and larger icons would significantly improve the end-user experience and visual aesthetic. Being able to see at a glance the lockโs status and when and who last accessed would be reassuring.

App colour scheme is terrible and hard to read
Just as the printed manual for E-Lok causes eye strain due to unreadable text in app screen pictures, the app is headache inducing due to the silly choice to use grey text abs grey title bars. I urge anyone with this lock who agrees that the developer needs to change the app colour scheme to make it easy to read (whatโs wrong with black text on white background? ).
Update: Iโve edited this review from one star to 4 stars to reflect my positive experience with our e-lok and the app.
Once I had some good light to work from it was a breeze to set up the lock, create access pins, and program the rfid key chain tags. The lock hardware seems to be better than the original lock door hardware and my expectations have been far exceeded.
The developer has acknowledged my concern with the app colour scheme (how about making the font colour and background user adjustable in settings?) and if the app colour scheme is updated these guys are getting another star for the full 5 stars for their incredible e-lok.
