I consider this app a rip off because, by its own metrics, it is only offering 2% protection, as to more do it yourself we won’t.

Does actually scan data or iPhone

The app is misleading. It will protect from some future threats but will scan your phone for current possible hackings or to see if your phone is being watched by whatever. It turns on settings to protect your phone that are already on your phone except for their web watchdog where it supposedly monitors web traffic for possible incursions. A hacker will be able to bypass this app in their sleep in my opinion and I work with hospital cyber security. I was hoping to get something for my daughter. Only logical decisions will help her ultimately I feel. Best to reset your phone back to factory setting and start over if you ever feel like your data has been compromised.

Not at all intuitive , very hard to use and set up

I wanted to better secure my iPhone and unfortunately chose to try Clario. I should have realised when I had to get help from the chat line to even pay the subscription that this was going to be a nightmare. Subscription offered st 10% off or similar but wanted to bill me the full price. Contact help chat to check and told sorry that offer has expired and will be removed next update???? OoooooKkkkkkk. Not a good start but I pressed on and paid up.

Setting up is a painful process on a phone and apears to be designed to get you to provide all the personal info you are trying to protect in various surveys which pop up , something else I was hoping this app would protect me from.

Phone died so reloaded Clario onto new phone, cant log in, reset password, still cant get in. Resort to hell chat for second time in 4 days. Help line says what avcount then disappears for few minutes and cimes back with generic insttuctions on how to log in. Ni nention of any action taken by them so I respond that I have tried that. No response. So I eventually give up on an explanation and close the chat and try again. They myst have resetit or something as this time it worked. Why couldn't you just tell me that?????

Log in finally and go through the whole painful set up and answer surveys which pop up and you cant get passed process.

Then remember that this so called protection is worss than the problem and give up and delete the app. What a complete waste of time and money.

Look elsewhere for user friendly protection from a professional provider.

Not good

It’s unfortunate how many of these apps collect your private data. They are suppose to be helping you fight against spy ware etc. but they sell your private data ! I would look for another app to help fight against spy ware.
