Not at all intuitive , very hard to use and set up
Setting up is a painful process on a phone and apears to be designed to get you to provide all the personal info you are trying to protect in various surveys which pop up , something else I was hoping this app would protect me from.
Phone died so reloaded Clario onto new phone, cant log in, reset password, still cant get in. Resort to hell chat for second time in 4 days. Help line says what avcount then disappears for few minutes and cimes back with generic insttuctions on how to log in. Ni nention of any action taken by them so I respond that I have tried that. No response. So I eventually give up on an explanation and close the chat and try again. They myst have resetit or something as this time it worked. Why couldn't you just tell me that?????
Log in finally and go through the whole painful set up and answer surveys which pop up and you cant get passed process.
Then remember that this so called protection is worss than the problem and give up and delete the app. What a complete waste of time and money.
Look elsewhere for user friendly protection from a professional provider.
