Terrible app
When you require residents to use the app to make bookings to use amenities please make an app that works. I can’t even upload the required documents and there is no support

It keeps getting worse
The app seem to work OK for a while. Then all of a sudden residents of Provos were forced to confirm their reservations. This was an unnecessary, and annoying addition to the app. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to have to confirm some thing that they are already booked. It only as an annoying step to an already complicated process of having to make bookings.
Then on top of that now it’s almost impossible to make a booking because the App forces you to scroll through every amenity on every property that Provis has which seems to be well in the hundreds. You should only be able to scroll through the amenities at your property to make bookings. Also some of the gyms such as arc Jim are not included anymore.
Please remove the confirmation and fix the bookings. The app has become a hassle to use.

Rubbish Doesn’t work 99% of the time
I’ve had to download and delete this app several times to “reboot” it. It’s awful and doesn’t work most of the time. It’s hilarious when they then won’t let you use their amenities without the bookings - that you can’t make make on this useless app.
Doesn’t work
Entered my login details and it doesn’t work. As soon as I try to login, it presents me with a blank white screen, nothing else. Can’t do anything.
