Looks fancy but unreliable connection
I’ve got a brisket on as I type this. First cook with the UltraQ. The Wi-Fi connection has dropped off 3 time, temperature has dropped off twice and what should be a breeze per advertisement has become equivalent to babysitting a 2-year old. You never know quite what the errant child is going to do next. The temperature profile looks like the California crashing surf. No, the dampers are not to far open. The interface looks fancy but don’t waste your money.

WiFi DOES NOT WORK. AVOID THIS PRODUCT!!!

I did want to note that you can still record your cook in ShareMyCook via the app by clicking on the blue start recording cook button on the app's homepage.
