心理倾听师只会对人评头论足，毫无心理学的影子，大惊小怪的人，没见过世面，没读过书就来做这份工作。

在过去的几年里，我在这个平台上完成了100多次咨询，有浏览过平台上的信息。平台上的问答、测评、专栏的内容都非常丰富，咨询师、倾听师有很多的选择，响应非常迅速。
但是，在咨询的过程中，我注意到咨询协议与平台提示的信息有矛盾。并且，这个矛盾的存在破坏了咨询师和我的合作和信任。
为了向平台反应与沟通，我按照平台指示填写了投诉问卷。第二天，我的微信里有平台工作人员主动添加并备注为了解投诉情况，但是在我打招呼后没有收到任何回复。大约过了一周后，我主动在微信上问起投诉进展，工作人员才跑出一个个问题和我确认基本情况，而这些问题大多在问卷中已经回答。
投诉仍在处理，但我目前对平台的投诉处理方式感到失望。
与其他咨询服务类似，心理咨询是一个对信任有要求的服务。如果我知道平台是以这样的态度和方式处理投诉，我也许不会考虑长期在这寻求合作。
希望这段评价对其他的新用户在挑选心理咨询平台和咨询师时有帮助。
