I have tried many times to download a few ringtones/alerts but the instructions for finding the ringtone are way outdated. I tried everything I could think of on both devices but iTunes cannot find anything and their instructions steps do not exist in todays iTunes. I have also searched for .m4r files on both devices and nothing. Waste of money and time, no wonder they have no way to contact them.
