life changing

I have suffered for about 7 months with neck pain and back pain and my legs can’t flex a lot cause I have hyper mobility issues but this app help loosen up my muscles and neck and back pain in only a few days, I love how it shows you quick videos how to do it. And it’s free best app ever if your struggling with pain get this app!!!!!!

Exactly what I needed!

After every appointment with my myo I come out with every intention of doing all the home exercises to save the next visit…I usually forget and back I go in another month. This app will help me stick with exercises - which only take a few short minutes. Great companion to my fitness regime.

Simple effective movements that get results

I’ve struggled with hip pain for most of my 30s. I’ve done a lot of different things over the years to find relief, including yoga, stretching, strength building… but none have addressed the core problem in such a specific and targeted way. This app lets you zero in on your pain points and tailor a program to get you moving again. I’m only 4 sessions in and I’m noticing a huge difference.

Highly recommend

Very busy lifestyle at the moment, having time for Physio has been hard (avid runner, about to run a half marathon) I checked out this app as something to substitute for the time being and now I’m hooked ! The program is straightforward and in-depth, while also easy to track my developments. Glad I found BodyGuide :)

Fantastic App for Pain Relief/Management

I had a serious bout of neck pain with tingling in the fingers of my left hand. Could not sleep due to the pain even with heavy duty analgesics. A chiropractor and acupuncturist were no help. A physiotherapist diagnosed a pinched nerve in my neck which radiology confirmed at C7, C8 of my spine.

Following a recommendation from a family member I began sessions targeting the neck pain using the Body Guide app. I diligently followed the sessions and concentrated on improving my posture. The Body Guide sessions were clear and stepwise with excellent verbal and visual guidance. I had to work hard but was never stressed and found many of the exercises relaxing. After a couple of weeks using the App I was pain free and sleeping without analgesics. What a relief!

I highly recommend the Body Guide App.

Definitely download this app!

I got it a couple of months ago for running-related hip issues, and it is excellent. Easy to use and navigate; fits in well with busy lifestyles (I use it 2-3 times a week); exercises to strengthen and soothe; educational without being didactic; developed by Aussie physios, so supporting local businesses (not overseas); and the annual subscription is cheaper than one in-person physio session. It is an investment in your long-term health, and I have recommended it to all my family and friends.

Would definitely recommend this app!

I love BodyGuide! I find it really easy to use and very helpful. I like how it’s broken down into learn, move and soothe sections . The videos are short, easy to understand and follow. I also enjoy reading; I found the ‘pain and emotion’ article to helped me to understand my pain better. I like that I can follow personalised routines at home.

Really helped during lockdown

Got this app to try and be proactive with lockdowns moving me to a home office. It’s been hard sitting around all day in the same space so you get really tired and end up on the couch. Cos of that I get a sore back and neck, using this I’ve been able to counteract the pains by working at my program every spare 5-10 minutes between meetings and work. Love it guys I feel great!!!
