Fantastic tool to have

BodyGuide is super simple to use, the UI is excellent and easy to understand. Yes it shows you how to ease pains and fix what might be causing them - but the real winner is how it educates the user on their body, it’s a powerful tool I recommend to clients who can’t always make it in to see me. Understanding your pain is key and this app goes the extra distance here.

Easy effective anywhere relief

I am loving this app. It is easy to use the app and to follow the exercises. From the first session I started to feel pain relief. I have chronic pain from a fall and to have these exercises at my fingertips to help me reduce and maintain my pain levels is uplifting. I have even been able to sleep better as I don’t wake as often in pain. Thank you BodyGuide.

Simple interface and to easy to use

I’ve used BodyGuide to see what’s up with a shoulder issue I’ve been having lately. To arrive at a conclusion was pretty quick. I can see a huge potential for connecting people to practitioners when the app is unable to diagnose anything.

I think the interface is really minimal and not cluttered with data.

Moving so much better now!

For the first time in a long, long time I’m moving around in my daily life without thinking about my back pain. This app has been a game changer; finally understanding what was causing the pain and stiffness, and then following the easy plan the app gave me was everything I needed. Wish they had this years ago! Would recommend for anyone with pain or soreness.

Hi Dan, this is what we're all about, getting people moving again, without the mental and physical drain of pain!

Incredibly easy to use and helpful

I was recommended BodyGuide by my coach to help deal with some niggles from training and it has made a big difference in my life. The app is incredibly easy to use, and the focus on learning makes it feel like a long term solution to address root cause of injuries. 10/10, do recommend to anyone looking to feel better in their day to day movement and gym sessions

Definitely worth using

I am amazed at the quality of the instructional videos on this app. Really informative which helps me to understand how/why I need to stretch or do a certain exercise or movement differently. It’s like having a Pilates instructor at home, only much much cheaper!

Using this app feels relaxing but good for the body at the same time. I like how everything is explained clearly but not in a condescending way. I highly recommend trying it out.

A learning experience

I found this app extremely helpful after gardening or playing golf when my back was painful. Learning how the different muscles are connected helped me improve my posture and strengthen my core. This was my first experience with an app based program and I found it very easy to follow and well set out. The timer and rep counter helped to keep me motivated

Hi Wendy! We're loving that you feel confident with the BodyGuide app and that you found it easy for you to use and follow. Learning a little about your aches and pains goes a long way!

Recommending this app to all my friends.

I’ve been getting a lot of muscular pain since being in lockdown. I wouldn’t normally seek treatment for such aches and pains - but I decided to give this app a go.

The exercises are easy to follow and adjusted to suit my needs. The design is sleek and calming. For me, the app’s best factor is the educational exercises that help me understand more about my own body.

Since using it, not only do I feel better in my movements but my mood has noticeably improved - I really recommend it for that benefit alone! A great app especially in the time of COVID.

More than just exercises.

My reaction to the first video I saw on this app showing me the connection between hip flexor muscles and why they get tight, was ‘wow, I didn’t know that!’ This app has helped me to understand pain I was having (mine was in my hip) and from the very start it was teaching me things I didn’t know about my body, helping me get stronger and explaining how to release tight, overactive muscles. Plus its nice and calming- makes you feel good- not that horrible intimidating boot camp style of other fitness apps!

I’m pretty amazed how simple it is to learn and feel a bit more in control of managing my own pain. I often find myself thinking about what I’ve learnt through the day- and correcting the way I move/sit/ etc so, I guess it’s working!!

Hi MissJane, thanks so much for your wonderful feedback. We're glad that you found BodyGuide educational and soothing (at the same time no less)! We're also really encouraged that you're learning new things about yourself, and the holistic nature of the body / pain relationship. We give your review 5 stars! :D

Great app to treat back/neck pain

This app is amazing! I had back and neck pain from working from home and sitting all day. The app doesn’t just offer generic exercises, but designed a program specific to my needs. Exercises are 15-20 min/day and my back and neck were so much better after only a few days.

Additionally, the program also includes short learning videos that helped me understand where the pain is coming from and how I can improve my work setting and posture going forward.

I found it very intuitive and user friendly and of higher quality than some of the other apps I’ve used. Highly recommend it!
