Broken English
I wish I didnβt pay for this app. There are countless grammatical errors that makes the questions and answers hard to understand. More care should have gone into this app, especially since it comes with pay options.
Bad grammar in Practice Questions
For the most part the questions are easy to read but a lot of them are hard because the English in them just seems offβ¦ this is for the questions and the explanations. I feel like I canβt be the only person who noticed this.
Feels like a good supplement to your studies
I like how it makes you repeat questions you got wrong at a later date, keeps track of your stronger and weaker areas. Some grammatical mistakes but thatβs nothing to me. Using this + other resources to study for my 2nd attempt at the 1002
Unreadable questions
The questions are worded in such broken English that it is sometimes impossible to understand. This is the question that prompted this review:
βWhat should you tell a customer in the situation that he calls and informs you that he is using a connect to point that incorporates WEP and if he can safely utilize this, he wants to understand.β
And there are many, many more like this.

Ok
Easy to use, have some good questions, but the wording and sentence structure of the questions are sometimes really weird, like it was translated by a translator app without any review.

Very simple to use.
Poorly written questions
Many of the questions are written in poorly formed or broken English. I find myself spending a lot of energy trying to figure out what the question is actually asking. I also have a hard time believing the questions are relevant. Most are extremely easy.
Downloaded thinking it would help
There were a total of about 3 questions that this app had that were actually on the test. I failed the test for the 4th time. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks to try again. This app needs more test questions on it.
Needs and update.
I have the Pro version and The Today Practice questions have been repeating the same questions for over a week now. Even if I run through all the questions, the same questions are repeated the next day. Until recently, it has been a really good app.
