Hi Kathryn. Apologies for the inconvenience. There's an update which introduces major upgrades and bug fixes.
not impressed
Having learnt about this app through the CUED newsletter, I downloaded the app to try it out. I made several attempts to scan a foot. Sometimes some of the points would turn green but then they turned red … and then the app tells me that it had failed & the process needed to be restarted.
The video tutorial makes it look easy but in practice it fails to even scan the first foot.
Linking to the shoes on offer, the first one that I looked at was costing £440 and didn't even look as if it could be readily repaired. What niche market is this aimed at?

Hi Andy, can you please try out the latest version. The update offers major upgrades to the interface and the process, including many bug fixes.
