Great app

This is exactly what I was looking for, it is well organized with clear easy to follow instructions. I wish the app was available on the fire stick so I could watch it on my tv while I practice. Worth every penny. Great job.

I’ve always wanted to pole dance but thought it would be impossible. Im 32 and I just had my second child. I don’t feel sexy AT ALL. I don’t even like looking in the mirror. I ordered my pole and got the app because I wanted to do something for myself.

I’ve been using it for a week and I can almost climb the pole. Everything is soooo detailed and broken down . I can also do all the beginner spins!!!!! Get the app ladies, don’t be scared . It’s really awesome. I can’t believe I’m pole dancing .

Sensual Fitness at your fingertips

I love this app! My s he duke makes it hard for me to attend classes at the studio multiple times during the week. I know have Access to Shelly 24/7 365.
The app is well organized and the instructions are clear and concise.

Amazing!

This app is well organized and thought it. Love the variety it provides especially since I don’t have my pole yet. I also love that there is a community where we can support each other!!

Amazing app!! Can’t wait to continue using it as a fun workout app that will help snatch this body!!
