  • Fun game but............

I like this game, but there are levels on the latest release that it is impossible to get past unless you buy additional power ups. I was on level 52 of the royal flower for a week. Every time ended up being 12 coins short of finishing. This is with completing every order on green. I notice that in the boxes you no longer get any power ups, just 10 diamonds. I paid 2.99 for a 40 diamond and a run fast power up. Used the run fast and still didn’t get enough coins to complete. Therefore had to use 30 diamonds for 3 additional guests. I can understand that these levels are meant to be challenging but this level is actually impossible unless you spend money. I don’t mind spending a bit to support the game but this is outright dishonest. For that reason one star from me.

Now stuck on level 59 of the latest release. Need 950 coins but max you can get, with all correct rooms and all orders on green is 908. Come on surely you check these?!

Thanks for your feedback! If you cannot complete a level that requires coins, try upgrading your hotel. You need to purchase those improvements for which guests will pay more. Also, don't forget that guests give more coins if you settle them by color.
  • Lame

The game isn’t even working at all. Just a black screen any time I try to load it

  • Great game, but hard to play without in app purchases.

I rarely rate games, but I really enjoy this game. It’s mechanics are easy to understand, and everything is explained thoroughly. My only negative comment is that it’s too difficult to obtain the purple gems required to upgrade. I cannot afford to spend money on in app purchases, so my only option is to play through hotels I’ve already beaten in order to win gems every 5 levels. I’m stuck on level 16 on the beach hotel, and I’ve played around 150 levels on the first hotel to help obtain gems, which is annoying because it’s so time consuming. The ads you can watch for a gem reward are far too scarce, so I would love to have the ability to watch more ads, or greatly reduce the amount of gems it costs to purchase upgrades. Thanks, to the developers for making a fun game, and I hope you improve it!

Update: I lowered my review by one star because it’s increasingly difficult to purchase upgrades that require many gems. The in game events that require you to complete a certain number of levels are silly in my opinion. I lose the level on my first try of the event, and lose the contest, all because I don’t have gems to buy upgrades with. Starting to get a bit bored of the game for these reasons.

Thanks for the feedback and recommendations! You can receive gems in daily gifts, for watching videos and completing tasks in the game. At the end of each hotel there are cyclical levels that you can go through endlessly and accumulate rewards!
  • Impossible

You’ve literally made some of the levels impossible to beat without spending money on gems. How could I get all smiles when you have new customers arriving when all the rooms have just gotten full and no one has yet even had any in-room orders fulfilled? Plus I think there’s a few too many types of orders to fill with not enough open slots for the bellhop. He needs at least one more slot because pasta and coffee take too long to make and then he also has to constantly run back and forth for cleaning supplies. It has its fun points but you need to make some changes to be playable without always needing boosters.

Your response is precisely what I’ve stated is the problem. Rockets and other “helpers” and room improvements all cost gems. There is no way to pass some of these levels without boosters / buying gems. For me personally, I’d like to be able to pass even difficult leveled without needing boosters / helpers. This and your non-helpful response means I won’t be playing anymore, I guess.

  • Drawn in

The first hotel is great, you get everything you need when you need it to keep your progress steady but still feel like your being challenged but the second hotel needs so many gems to update (and if you don’t update you don’t pass) that it makes it very difficult to play and frustrating (plus there are barely any ways to get gems without spending real money)
The bellhop also needs an upgrade as he currently only has the ability to do four things in a row which can get very frustrating when you want him to keep up with demand but have to wait for him to complete a task before you can give him another (an upgrade such as buying him running shoes as I’ve seen in other similar games would be awesome)

Hello! Please return to the first hotel for the endless levels and you can accumulate booster rewards there! At the beginning of each level, you can use the Super-Staff (boot) upgrade. Thanks for your review, we will take into account your feedback on adding more than 4 commands for Ted!

I’m in full support of all the other reviews that are giving great critiques to improve this game. It’s a great game however, having to use gems and money to upgrade gets annoying since were not rewarded that many gems. Most importantly what annoys me about this game is how the Green & Yellow mood meter moves slow by the red moves extremely fast. I see the developers responding to reviews, hopefully they can go beyond responding and actually make some changes to improve this game. It’s not supposed to be an easy game but sometimes it’s unfair. Has great potential.

Updating and improving my star review because I love this game, the developers are understanding. I strongly believe that there are no other games out there like this game so despite the small changes that could be made; it needs to be recognized that this game is still amazing and in its own lane. It won’t be a perfect game because that doesn’t exist but I love the quality of the colors, the developers thought out everything for the game to look high quality, no lagging so far and there aren’t a ridiculous amount of ads in it like others.

  • Really, really frustrating

Fun but very frustrating game. You get an abundance of coins but barely any purple gems. If you get stuck on a level and don’t have enough gems to upgrade, that’s it, you’ll never be able to advance until you collect enough gems. You only get 1 or 2 gems for logging in everyday and you only get 1 gem when you reach a milestone in the hotels you’ve already completed. Why do we need to use the gems to buy upgrades? I have over 100,000 coins but can’t advance because I only have 2 gems. Get rid of the gems for upgrades. I’m sure many people have stopped playing because of this. I’m about to as well.

Hello! Thank you very much for your comments. There are two types of rewards in our game, gems and coins, which can be exchanged for boosters. We are constantly working on improving the balance, we will take your opinion into account!
  • Frustrated by the Impossibilities!

I agree with a lot of the comments. Great game if only they’d give out enough diamonds to buy stuff. Of course if you spend money you’re fine and quite frankly what idiot is going to pay £50 - £70+ for a package which wouldn’t be enough to complete the whole game. it wouldn’t even be enough for all the upgrades for the whole game! A console game costs less than that and there’s no ads, no topping up of anything - one price gives you all you need, you just need to bring your skill. Think about it (a no-brainier really). I’m currently on a level where three people want the blue room but the other two have just checked in and not vacated so have to put the 3rd guest in another colour room - no smile or thumbs up there! The poor bell hop is run ragged and you need diamonds for boosters. Developers rethink your strategy for this game play. Look at the comments - people love it but hate it for the reasons that have been outlined!

Thank you so much for such a detailed comment! We are glad that you enjoy the game. The game is made in Free-to-play format. Payments are optional and never will. The game is made in the genre of time management. You need to complete tasks in a certain time and allocate resources optimally. These are the rules of the game. The game has rewards of gems and coins, they can be exchanged for boosters if you need help with the passage. But they can be accumulated for free for watching videos, for completing goals and in daily rewards. If you take your time, you can play the entire game for free, we checked!
  • Perfect!

Firs5 of all, I don’t understand why people hate this game. The graphics and animations are good the levels are pretty engaging when you get used to it and love new elements to be added throughout levels! This game deserves to be loved more and I don’t know why people hate it. The difficult levels are pretty easy if you get the hang of it and you pay attention and they are not too hard you can’t beat it without power ups unlike other games! The one thing I want you guys to fix is that on Re’Gretta (hopefully I spelled that correctly) is that the items are waaaaayyyyyy to far from eachother. Example: I’m making pasta and when I deliver it to a guest, a different guest walks out of the room for check-out. Then I have to go all the way across just to get the cleaning supplies. So I need you guys to fix that. Other than those, this game is a work of art and has great potential. Have a great day! :)

  • New update is awful!

I have just updated the game and am definitely not happy with it in many ways.
The first thing is the gifts. As you keep playing at current and older hotels you would receive gems as a gift every 5 levels and the gems were well worth the repetitive play, however after this update the gems have reduced down to 1! Really??
Secondly the characters have changed and they seem slower and bigger, the overall game play has slowed down and your character doesn’t do what you’ve asked it to do.
But most certainly the stinginess of the gifts, I can’t get over what a difference an update makes and makes me wish I never updated it, please change this so the rewards are with the play like they were before.

Hello! We are working on improving the balance of the game, and will check the problem with the speed of the characters! Thanks for your feedback!
