Honestly I don’t be writing reviews I probably wrote one or none at all, but since I’ve seen the Creator of the game responding to most of the reviews I decided to speak on this , I see many people complain about gems but for me that’s not the biggest concern since I barely use any of them unless it’s to make necessary upgrades , I feel like the main “BIG” problem with this game is the smiles , I feel like even when you constantly do everything and put them in the right room , get the cab, and feed them everything you’ll end up getting a 10/11 smiles because those two people at the end of the game didn’t feel like smiling even though you did everything correctly I feel like the creators do this on purpose to loose all the “hot seasons” because after 40 try’s of doing the same exact thing I did the previous plays I’ll end up getting the 11/11 smiles , I don’t know cause I genuinely feel like there’s no morally, good explanation from this , but overall I adore this game , when I was growing up there was another game exactly like this so when I saw that they recreated it , it healed my whole inner childShow less4jcklyn💋

Only play the casually as the pops ups are too annoying. Not the ads the pop ups. Too many events at once, 3 pops ups before I can press play. It ruins the flow of the game worse than any ad ever could.
With the expedition event there isn’t a way to passively regain energy unless you have the app open. I went to bed with 12 out of 100 energy and this morning still had 12 out of 100. The countdown stops as soon as my iPad turns off or I change apps. This gives no motivation to even attempt the event as I know with out spending money on gems to recharge my energy I have no chance of finishing it.Show lesspsychokat-

I play this game a lot and have occasionally paid for diamonds so I can continue playing as I find this to be a lot of fun. I really wish though that we could skip the tutorials of new hotels. Once you’re past like the first set of 4, you get it. I don’t want to sit through another tutorial showing me how to grab a beverage. Also, there a million pop ups between the levels for whatever ‘contests’ are going on. These are absolutely the most frustrating part of the playing the game. I can click on these on the main page if I want to see them. But every time I finish a level it’s like 1) where I am on some rollercoaster 2) where I am on the number of likes or envelopes 3) where I am on the boat 4) how many cookies I have for the raccoon 5) whatever the season thing is. It takes FOREVER to click out of all of these. The worst is when one of them awards you the move fast for 5 minutes power up and takes a full 2 minutes to click out of these automatic pop ups to actually be able to click on the level to play. I’ve been playing this game for quite sometime now. Seems like I’m always waiting for the next hotel to open. I just finished playing the 2nd round of “hot season” for the last hotel available. It’s sad to me because the game glitched on the last level. I selected to play it, used two of my power ups (one to speed up production and one to double the income). I was then taken to another event going on in the game and the game froze. I had to restart it and when I got back in, it said “hot season” has ended. I hope that you’re able to get this fixed and no one else has to have the same experience. Other than that, I very much enjoy playing this game. Thank you.
I’ve now deleted the game until I hear from the developers. After the latest update, the game kept glitching, things that were supposed to work automatically weren’t and it kept freezing. I deleted the game and reinstalled it. I was on the latest hotel, had purchased several outfits (which aren’t necessary for game play), but I’m now back at level 1. It didn’t save any of my progress. I’m not okay with totally restarting after getting to where I had gotten. Please fix this!Show lessCountrycowgirl1976
Fun! But…
Why so many pop ups? Claim this, watch that, go here to collect your prize etc… I understand you don’t want players to miss out but making us look at or claim something after every level takes time off of our free power ups. The exclamations are enough to make us notice we have prizes to claim. Over explaining and sending us to a different window to claim something or see our positions in different side games is annoying and unnecessary…we already see the exclamations. I should be able to play more than 1 level before I lose my 10 minute power up due to being sent to a different window or a pop up asking if I want to watch an ad for a gift or to claim my prize. It never used to be this complicated to play the next level. I like the game and it’s totally fair and easy to get gems and coins but all these pop ups make me not want to play.Show lessnme0186
Love this game but…
I love this game and it’s my favorite to play. But now that I’m pretty high up, it is getting increasingly frustrating to play. I don’t mind having to work hard to get an extra gem here or there (play the lower levels, or try the challenges) but when you work so hard to get the amount of gems (sometimes days) to upgrade your hotel to pass a level, and then you have to wait on the time limit to pass is just awful. I’m ok with having to watch commercials but to just provide no option except for paying with gems come on.
Example: (providing because I’m frustrated). To win the recent level I had to come up with 24 gems to upgrade a room. (You only won 10-15) at the end of the level, so for the past 3 days I’ve been working extremely hard to get the extra gems. I finally get them, purchase the room and it shows with a 12 hour wait. Ok, press play watch a commercial and it cuts it to 6… but then wait now there is no option to watch another ad, but instead come up with 24 gems just to speed up the delivery. Are you kidding me? These are the moments where I stop playing the game for a couple of weeks and try a different one.
Developers, I understand trying to make money off the game, but let’s make sure it’s still fun for your long time folks that are on higher levels.Show lessM13512345

Update - The chocolate fondue issue has been fixed! I don’t have any other complaints. This is the only game I waste my time on. Love it!
I’m at the Silver Pike location and currently on level 15. The receptionist says we can now serve chocolate fondue to our guests, and they keep asking for it…BUT there’s no way to get them chocolate to make fondue! The boxes under the stairs are closed up. Some people said to upgrade the kettle…so I did that, and still nothing works. The boxes are still closed up, and the upgrades still say that you have to PASS level 15 to get the chocolate fondue. What?! How is that possible when I’m currently ON level 15, and the customers are asking for it, yet I don’t have the ability to make it?? Seems a lot of people are having this same issue, and it’s been going on for weeks. Not sure when or if it will be resolved.Show lessChocokatt

This WAS A fun relaxing game- i really enjoyed it- Then todays update BROKE it. Now the game is stressful, awful, pressure filled, laggy, and won't even load half the time. WHY? Why did they break what wasn't broken? Now it's NOT "Beat the level"- It's "beat YOUR best last score"- So the better you are- the MORE your penalized... Like a recipe to purposly underachieve... WHY? it's NOT FUN- IT just MAKES it Quickly UNPLAYABLE- I'm SO Disappointed that the Developers are SO Shortsighted.. You Now after the update: -Show me Ads between each level? Fine- -Try to sell me crap in three separate screens between each level?- if you Must- BUT making me constantly beat my best level or lose everything- is STUPID. It ensures failure and unhappy feelings. WHY would anyone want to play this way? What's the point? It was great before- now its just another stressful, laggy, ad filled, moneygrabbing nothing of a game- that i USED to look forward to- What A Shame... That you found a way to punish people for playing well...

What’s going on!
I’m losing interest since you removed the ads for crystals. 2 crystals a day means it takes a week to get 14 crystals to upgrade a room to get extra money to clear a money level and still can’t pass the level as the upgrade doesn’t give you enough money to pass.
Ive cleared maybe 3 levels since the Upgrade how many ever weeks ago that was.
I Don’t have boosts and can’t purchase any boosts as I don’t have crystals. I’ve been playing for a long time but now I’m done wasting my time opening the AP only to get the 2 crystals. I’m playing crazy hospital. Such a shame , I really enjoyed playing your game.Show lessBoredAF!

In the game there are many opportunities to get boosters and crystals in addition to the daily bonus: completing various tasks in the game, infinite levels at the end of each hotel, participation in various events. We recommend that you use the accumulated rewards for hotel improvements right away, instead of buying boosters, paying attention to the recommendations in the improvement catalog, so you can gradually progress through the game!Designed to infuriate you to milk money
I do enjoy the gameplay, but with every update they seem to drain more fun out of it. Now there are long, drawn out ads in between levels. Plenty of them take you out of the app, and many times you need to close out and restart. They force you to watch, buggy, tedious animations anytime you get a free power up, and when they give you a rare ten minute power up, you usually waste half off it on animations or ads against your will. The game is difficult mostly because they never organically give you enough of the two things necessary to get upgrades to complete levels. Furthermore, should you get a surplus of one kind of money, they change up the currency every four hotels so that you are back to square one. This game straddles the line between tolerable and not, as they make it very clear that they want to nickel and dime you.
