Fun but also frustrating
This game is fun to play but many times can become frustrating. Especially when all rooms are full and you can’t give a customer a room when there are none to even clean and give. I’ve had to play levels several times because of this.
I am not the type of person that will put real money into a game, so the way you earn gems needs to be changed! I have thousands of coins but zero gems so I can’t upgrade anything to help pass levels.
My advice is each reward key you should get more gems (the first key earned gets one gem, the second key earned gets 2 maybe even more gems and so on.) if not then there should be more ways for you to earn gems so you can continue to upgrade your hotel. My kitchen upgrade is asking for 8 gems and I can barely collect two. I’m only on the second hotel and am close to wanting to delete the app for this reason.
I understand developers want money but there is a certain way to get people to love the game and want to spend their money and the way you are going about it just isn’t it. Making a game impossible to play without purchasing with real money is a big turn off for people and you’d be making much more money if you made people love it and want to play more.

This is a fantastic game for the most part. Great graphics, fun game events, creative variety of hotels and characters. The major flaw is the reward system for the events/bonuses. It’s crazy how much time and effort has to be put into coming into the top 3 of an event (the only levels in which you receive rewards), to only receive $100 game dollars and 1/10th of a level up for an advantage. To put it in perspective, you have to pay game dollars to buy upgraded food and rooms in order to complete all levels of a hotel (most have 3 levels of upgrades). The cheapest upgrade is roughly $2,000…next level roughly $16,000…highest level roughly $22,000. And you only win $100 after competing in a two day event?! As as the grand prize??? You also only get $100 when completing every 5 levels. ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS GETS YOU NOTHING IN THIS GAME. It’s truly a joke. Edit: Love the game! However, a couple of things have changed. Not crazy for the ads without any compensation. You used to be able to watch an ad and get gems, not anymore. Also once you have made all the upgrades to a hotel, there is no point of getting coins since you can’t buy anything with just coins or make anymore improvements to the hotel. I get the developers want you to pay for the packages of gems, coins, etc. however, for those of us not spending money on the game, why keep playing? Plus the prize at every 10 disappears after you have played so many rounds. If there is a prize, much of the prize is 1/10th of an actual bonus prize.
I love the game, super fun, clean. Here is the minus one star reason, I’m on a level that can not be completed without a boost. On this level, you have to get a certain number of coins to pass. You get more coins for completing orders and putting guests into the desired room, which I have done over and over. Still coming up short on the needed coins to pass the level. There are no other options to increase coins Unless you use a boost to double the amount of coins collected. The only way to get the boost is to possible pass a level and be awarded the boost Or pay for it. I’m not able to pass the level, hence the only way to acquire the boost is to pay for it. Good game, gems too slow
Hi, I really like your game! However your recent update (August 2022) has reduced the ability to get gems - log in gems have gone from 2 (at 5+ days) to 1 with the possibility of an advert to get the second, but this mostly stays greyed out! The makes profess too low!
Also, once levels are completed, they generate $$, but this cannot be used anywhere! I have so much saved in previous levels that it is useless! I suggest a game improvement where the previous hotels earning can be used to purchase in game element (including gems and power ups) - even if these purchases can then only be used in that level!. This will enable players to fully complete all levels and continue to progress the levels!Show lessSaaj_22

Thanks for the feedback! If the ad button is greyed out, it means the ad didn't load, check your internet connection and make sure your device doesn't have an ad blocker installed. Non optional ads. I can't find the option to remove them either. Even if you just watched one optional ad for rewards, it forces a second to you.
Also all the pop ups and forced non skippable animations of gift boxes, or the pass rewards unlocking etc. Takes up so much time especially if you've got an unlimited timed boost that they gave you. Eg if you got a 5 minute unlimited quick feet boost, you'll get maybe 1-2 uses out of it because you're forced to watch 2 x30s ads and then watch the animations for your pass, and then joining the tournament, then opening a box, etc. Ridiculous.Show lessRaieRaie

I have been playing this game for a while now, since it was still “developing” I believe. I really enjoy the game but it has always been a problem with gems. Now it’s an even bigger problem. Before you could go to previous places and earn a few gems now you cannot. Gems are so hard to come by and they do not provide an adequate amount you need to upgrade and beat levels. The little “goals” they set so you can get gems are not efficient at all. How am I supposed to jump through hoops for ONE GEM? This is ridiculous. Also TWENTY (20) whole gems for a second chance ? That is beyond me !! I never use it because it’s not worth it at all. And TWO gems after watching 2, 30 seconds, videos . They need to make these upgrades worth less coins. Or let us use our coins to buy gems (at a reasonable price).
Edit: Gems are still a hassle. The amount of times I have accidentally upgraded something I didn’t want to is unbelievable. There needs to be a button that makes you confirm and upgrade before you actually do. The upgrade menu pops up randomly and then you accidentally click and upgrade when you didn’t want to and there is nothing you can do to cancel and get your money and gems back. 20 gems to complete a level is still too expense and that button also needs a conformation because you can accidentally click it. And lastly, only being able to get 2 gems through ads is crazy.Show lessGHMMASTER

The balance is set so that the gems you get in hotel levels should be enough to move you forward. We recommend spending gems first of all on improving the hotel. If the hotel is upgraded enough, the levels can be completed without boosters and without using a second chance. This game is great the reason why I gave it a two is because I am sick and tired of some of these games that the company continually want people to play their games when they lose to continually get them to buy and pay money to ascertain jewels or points to play their games. I will not pay hard earn money to play a game. I will not be control by a game neither will I allow a company that created this game to control me. Before I spend hard earn money I will delete their game like this one, and choose another game. No game is that exciting that I will allow the fun of a game to steal my hard earn money to play. I will either stop playing that game, delete it, pick up another game, or don’t play games at All and watch a tv show. I will not be control by a game neither by the company that create it. When maybe some companies realize there are people in this world that will not be control by their mindset and their statistics to see how many people they can control by creating a game then maybe they will stop playing this insane method of trying to control people by creating a game.

Was once a great game. Then developers decided to “balance” the game to earn more $$. Gems and coin are required to upgrade hotels. You can earn 1 gems by watching 1 ad(max 2 ads every few hours). Most ads crash, losing the gem trying to earn & will have to wait several hours before another “free” ad is available. When you open a hotel, gems are given freely, coin is a little difficult, but eventually obtainable. Fact that you can progress in levels (each hotel appears to have unlimited levels) fairly quickly at first. Every few levels rewards come giving gems & tokens to earn boosts. 3 types of boosts, each type requires 10 tokens to become a boost. Will very quickly reach unprecedented success, requiring you to open a new hotel. Once you open that new hotel, if you prefer upgrading previous hotel, you can expect to play a couple hundred levels to earn 10 tokens to earn a single boost (will need boosts on new hotel, as impassable without upgrading). Gems come at a rate of 3 to 5 gems every 100 levels. Every 4 or so hotels, you are forced to a new “area”, where you will lose all coin. No coin=no upgrading. Honestly, this game has one of the best mechanics I’ve seen in quite a while within games of this genre.
The graphics make it quite a charming game too.
