I love it so much I just can’t stop playing this game and there is no adds so get it today and this game is just amazing no ads no hard things to do well there is challenges which are which makes it better but a little can’t stop playing it. It’s the best game ever that’s why are rated it five out of five if you rate this game and you buy it today then rate it five out of five because it really is five out of 5 search by this game today and everything will be perfect.!!! Build a legend hotel with with the two amazing characters if you can see in the picture it’s there I’m on the thing so you have to buy this game grand hotel it’s literally the best Game I have ever played I can’t stop playing it it’s like it’s like you’re addicted to this game it’s like the best game ever it’s like that is three funny characters and you can choose your own profile which I obviously love doing and and it’s a 4+ so you hath to be four or over but let’s not worry about that you can have CC that my rating is five out of 5 because it is a very good game no not good it’s amazingI just want to say that that by this game today and you’ll be happy and Mitchell you can’t play any of your other games can youShow lesslellerington

I really enjoy this dash game-makes you stay on your toes and can be challenging, but challenging in a fun way. Only thing is that I wish that I could get more gems when I go back to play previous levels, it gets repetitive after a while trying to play Golden Apple or Regrata dozens of times only to get a handful of gems. I have a ton of coins, very little gems.
Also for the developers just an idea-what if you created mini games? Like ways to redecorate the hotel (besides the appliances, like wallpaper, lights, maybe new decorations like paintings or statues, etc) and maybe options to change the outfits of the woman and bellhop? Also it’d be cool to upgrade the guests either by changing their outfits or having new guests to unlock all together. Just a suggestion! Seriously there’ll be 2 of the same character staying in rooms next to each other lol 🤣Show lessARTGOLF

... if the game wouldn’t practically push you to buy diamonds to progress. Every level sets you up for failure, so although it would be an enjoyable game I can’t review it higher than this. I’ve been stuck days on the same level, as whatever upgrade I do is never enough. When you reach the threshold of levels to gain diamonds, they’re never enough to really progress. Which is basically just a push for people to buy diamonds to get boosters, as without them there’s no way to end the levels. So done with it now.
Thanks for your reply, however this is not addressing my review correctly. The issue with your game is not simply the option to receive rewards, but to complete levels that are designed to make you systematically fail unless you purchase boosters, which are not cheap at all. You can get gems for completing levels, for completing quests and in daily gifts, as well as by completing tasks in the Bank menu. This should be enough to leisurely accumulate rewards, gradually upgrade your hotel, and progress through the game. We're working on adding new ways to get rewards into the game. A couple of months ago, I would have given four stars. Since they started having the tournaments, every other level is a coin collection level as opposed to collecting likes, smiles or room matches. And unless you’ve completely upgraded everything, it’s impossible to win these levels without a double coin boost, which costs gems, of course. You can return to older venues to try to collect enough gems, but you only get one gem every 5 levels, if you’re lucky. I’m on the verge of quitting this game. Attn : developer responder I love challenging, but this is impossible. I have finished “Prancing Hills” so I think that proves my love of a challenge. I have made ALL of the improvements to this hotel, but still need to use some sort of boost on some levels. It shouldn’t be that way
Developer : I just played level 125 of “Prancing Hills,” and I could not do it without a super staff boost. I know it’s a hard level, but it should be doable without having to have a booster.Show lessmitch1020
Love it!
Been playing this game for almost a year and I love it! It took me just a little while to kinda understand about the window that appears when you don’t complete or have enough time to pass a level, it says if you would like to spend some gems to continue that same level and they give you few more customers so you can complete that level and if you don’t want to spend your gems, just click on the “x” to close that window and start the same level from the beginning.
About purchasing, comparing to others game apps, you don’t really have to spend a lot of money to buy gems which you need most for your hotel upgrades even tho, I did have spent just few dollars just because I wanted to.
What I love the most of this game is that, you can go back and play at the previous hotels you passed already so you can keep earning more coins, gems, etc.
What I personally dislike was that, when I went back to my first hotel, I kept leveling the hotel so I can earn more gems and stuff. At the beginning I was getting 2 gems but, once I reached over level 1100 or so, I was getting just 1 gem but, still ok.
There is a new update which I just updated it like couple of hours ago. Ever since, I am not able to login again! When I open the app, there’s just a black screen. I just need to contact customer service about this.Show lessMimi1885

UPDATE: I paid for two upgrades in my hotel and played several games after the purchases. I hat to close the app and return later and my two purchases are gone. I’ve lost the coins and gems and don’t have the upgrades. This is second time this has happened on two different hotels. Super frustrating. Please make ways to earn more gems, more quickly. It’s super frustrating to have to play so many games to earn a measly 1 or 2 gems but all the upgrades costs so many.
I absolutely love the challenge of this game with one and only one exception. Upgrades cost TOO MUCH by comparison of how much you are rewarded. Many times the only way I can move past a level is to buy upgrades and even at $1.99, this is getting way too old. I will be dropping this game which has become some much fun, unfortunatley. I hate that I can’t play this game and earn what I need to, to move levels without paying money. Many other games give other ways to earn coins. Also, I have A LOT of coins but no diamonds. They need to fix the object of the game do not miss an order. I’ve been playing this game for months and every time I play it some levels are harder and it’s impossible to deliver items in the green category of the clock. So even if you deliver the item in the yellow time you don’t get credit for it which can cause you to fail the level. I would understand the red but do not agree or like the yellow. As the only way to pass is to buy items to help so I guess this app is all about the money like most things in this world. Other than that it’s a very fun game. My only other suggestion is to upgrade items like the rooms for example cost so much money and so many gems but it’s not an equal pay off like the room will go from $20 to $22 after you dropped $22,000 coins and 15 gems. That $2 increase is not at times even enough to help you pass a level.Show lessShorty2324

You can spend money by working and then use that money and gems you earn to buy stuff for you hoteltyrah_2021

I use to love this game but since the videos for free gems every 4/5 hours has been removed I barely play it. I used to finish a hotel prior to another being ready to play but have been stuck on Olive Island for a long time with 2 new hotels being created. I basically open once a day to get my 2 gems and coins for daily bonus then play another game, Hotel Craze where I get endless opportunities to get free gems (about 16 each day), power ups and if I get stuck it’s for a day not a week. Right now in grand hotel mania I need 13 gems so will be able to upgrade my hotel in about 4 days (I’ve already been collecting daily gems without playing for about 3 days), hopefully the reception being upgraded is enough to pass the level because I did the last money upgrade to try and pass the level 3 days ago and it wasn’t enough to beat level 75. So really I’ve been on level 75 for maybe a week and a half just opening the game to get my daily gems and then shutting it. Also I can see developer responses to other complaints saying the gems for watching videos will be fixed from about July, so that’s clearly not being fixed and I don’t want to hand over my details to enter scam comps for gems. Sure I could go back and play old levels for gems (I used to it got very boring very fast), but now with Hotel Craze I just play that instead because at least I’m actually getting somewhere.Show lessLJH1990

I still like this game but a note to developers - they recently they started these competitions. I like the idea of the competitions but I am a bit frustrated because I keep ending one in the upper third and it will state that I will go up a level for the next competition and play for higher prizes, but nope. Each time the new competition starts I am back at the same level. It never wants to move me up to silver or gold even when the game keeps saying I will go up. Please look into this.
Otherwise I love this game. Years ago there was a game called hotel dash and if you liked that game (which I did) you will love this game. So fun! One of my favorite features is that even after you have beaten the number of levels to go on to the next hotel you can come back and play levels on the older hotels. So fun! I love being able to choose which hotel I feel like playing.Show lessKassy1212
